Pros (+) The receptionist was friendly but nothing solves dirty rooms.
Cons (-) The room way nasty like it was never cleaned ever! the next room was just as bad or worse. I stayed for 15-30 mins max before I had to find a new hotel. This was a total waste of money and time. Unless you don't mind dirty rooms stay here its cheap!!
Cons (-) This is an older hotel which hasn't been updated in over a decade from the looks of things. Room was a bit small. Towels were low quality. Wifi signal was weak.

Cons (-) They couldn't fInd my reservation, but that is probably an issue with bookaroom/kayak.com. Room was never cleaned during our stay. People coming in late/drunk were loud. Oh, and someone died in the room next door.
Pros (+) I enjoy that they had BOTH microwave AND fridge in the room. The fact it included breakfast was a bonus. The room was clean but despite the non smoking sign it did smell a bit of tobacco. We had trouble connecting to Wi-Fi at both this and another Best Western. That was the only negative.
Cons (-) The floor lamp on top of the room safe was a bit cheesy. The inability to connect to Wi-Fi was a problem because we wanted to watch one of our movies on Vudu. Wet just watched TV instead.

The manager told me that Kayak booked a smoking room for me when I clearly had a written confirmation of non-smoking.
