Pros: Location. It is close to everything you need in a quick stay downtown. Right in the middle of the action and a short car ride to anywhere further out you need to go. This brand is fairly consistent with their amenities.

Pros: The staff. Namely Alicia! She is a wonderful person
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were there for a UT football game. We ate at the restaurant twice even though there are restaurants near the location and received excellent service and food. They also advertised a private bus that is separate from the hotel that shuttles people to the game. THIS WAS A HUGE BONUS! we were planning on using an Uber to avoid traffic and parking but the bus was an excellent option. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very clean , even though they are pet friendly there isn’t a kennel odor at all.
Cons: The height of the beds. I’m 5’3 and they were difficult to climb into.

Pros: clean and modern, comfortable beds, onsite restaurant
Cons: symbol for shuttle service but none offered. menu for room service does not mention $4.00 service fee or tipping.

Cons: nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing staff!!! Sincerely friendly yet professional. Eager to help with questions or assistance in snack shop. So refreshing to find a gem like this hotel, but although everything else was perfect in our opinion, the staff were what made the hotel an excellent choice. Also: perfect location to eat and shop; real comfy beds — slept sound; no noise; AC worked well; blackout curtains kept room dark for sleeping in. Love, love, love in-room microwave and refrigerator, and the iron/ironing board in the closet was a convenience too. The extra blanket in the closet was unexpected but exactly what we needed. Hate to call front desk to request one — feel compelled to tip staff who delivered it. Bathroom clean and water pressure in shower was perfect — prefer strong water pressure. Recommend adding hand-held shower heads. Plenty of toiletries had we needed them. TV was big with clear picture. Breakfast was yummy; excellent variety — wished our tummies would let us eat breakfast twice. Waffles easy to make — scrumptious. Someone readily available if assistance needed — nice. Breakfast room large with plenty of seating — rare and frustrating when hotels don’t have enough seating. Enjoyed hot coffee 24/7; loved warm freshly made cookies at 3:00pm. Parking lot large with great lighting. Baggage carts readily available to unload/load car without help — another tip $$ saved — but help available if needed. Front desk staff must really loved their job and enjoy making customers happy. Housekeeping lady assigned to our room was the best! Forgot her name — would like to commend her for being fabulous in every way. Our room was very clean and she kept our room stocked better than ever experienced. She kept a smile on our faces. It’s excellent for staff to go above and beyond yet not be overbearing. Makes us happy we chose your excellent hotel. Will certainly return and share with friends! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!
Cons: Still liked the shower due to great water pressure, but would have preferred a hand-held shower head — so really this isn’t a “didn’t...like” since I still enjoyed my showers even without a hand-held.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was wonderful, although the tv program was on a political channel, causing light tension in the eatery. Staff was very friendly. A great experience!
Cons: I found it a little weird the garbage cans in the room didn’t have liners, but hardly something ‘disliked’.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our bartender at our hotel!! She was absolutely amazing and very helpful!!!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly, engaging staff. Great area full of nightclubs and awesome entertainment and restaurants.
Cons: Parking was terrible--too far from the view of the room windows, too close to woods---too dark at night.ALL parking was on only one side of the hotel---no access to the other sides.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice room
Cons: Mattress was a little uncomfortable
6.7 Good
Pros: everything was fine except I left my prescription eyeglasses in the room and the coordination between staff and housekeeping to find them was dismal. They were not returned.
6.0 Good
Pros: Staff was very friendly
Cons: The room, beds were not super comfortable. Every time I turned over it was loud due to linens and pillows. TV cut off every 15-20 minutes.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a great stay and a convenient place to stay.
Cons: Nothing
4.0 Okay
Cons: Electric blinds did not work. Obviously not a deal breaker, but was annoying. The air conditioner unit was incredibly loud and my wife and I decided to sweat rather than use it while we slept. The showerhead was at about 5'. Being 6'5", I realize I am not a normal height, but having to sorority squat while I showered was not the most pleasant experience. Maybe that was because we were in a handicap-friendly room. And despite paying almost $600 for two nights, the breakfast was an add-on. $12 per person. Even the water bottles in the room weren't free for non- Hilton elites. This hotel feels like a shameless money grab with no 'thank you's' for the average stayer, my stay in particular was more like my stay in a motel 6, but with fancier furniture.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful and modern hotel with spacious lobby and collocates breakfast area and bar. Excellent full or continental breakfast. Comfortable bed and tastefully appointed room with all expected amenities. Near Tesla Supercharger; has Blink Charger in lot.
Cons: No complaints.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendliness of staff and employees; cleanliness of room; comfiness of bed; large screen TV; easy chair for reading w/ lamp above
Cons: The light bulb above the reading chair appeared to be burned out; couldn't turn it on. There was late night traffic noise from the restaurant right behind the block of rooms where I was located due to employees leaving after closing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Sharon was super happy and helpful. The tv was huge and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: I was charged a smoking fee. A nice man pulled me to the side and told me "the room smelled like cigars". I did not smoke in the room, that was a bummer that I was charged a fee.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Hallway noise into room doesn’t seem normal as compared to to other Hilton garden inns I’ve stayed.
