I liked that the hotel is located close to the subway and high-quality staff. As well as tasty and fresh breakfasts.
The apartment was not bad. Breakfast was good.
Hotel staff was like a brothel staff. When we arrived there were three girls of reception almost fucking with other guys
Very good service and advice from good staff, available 24 hours reception. Good decoration, facilities, breakfast and location near underground.
I guess that hot water is not enough during a peak time in the evening (19:00-22:00).
Everything is excellent for the price. The location is just what makes the hotel so special: tram stop is across the street, metro is round the corner. There is a good super-market not far (if you want to make something by yourself. You can walk to the Museum - 10 min not running. The staff is very helpful. We would recommend this hotel to our friends.
In room 6.1 in was noisy from the restoran on week ends. Menu for breakfast was the same for 8 days.
The size of the room, the breakfast inclusion and the courteous staff
Clean, comfortable and well furnished rooms. Good location, 5min walk to Wenceslas Square.
The only available internet connection was expensive and extremely slow, computer still running on Windows 98.
Receptionist friendly and helpfull. Good location
Guy looking after breakfast was a bit grumpy!
We had a great time in this hotel ! Everybody at the reception was very nice and helpful. Our room-flat was very big and we had everything inside. The room was quite, we had lots of space for our stuff. We could cook easily. The double bed was huge and so comfortable ! We have enjoyed so much this mini flat. The positive side is also that the restaurant downstairs is open until 23.00 with lots of choice of czech cooking and everything. The buffet is more than correct with fruits, yoghurts, ham, cheese, eggs, pastries, different kinds of bread and of course the usual breakfast-things.
spacious apartment, kitchen facilities
