Pros: Upon arrival our room was upgraded. It was a nice surprise. The room was wonderful. The hotel is beautifly decorated, to the very small detail, and very well maintained. Our bathroom was recently updated and looked fantastic. Breakfast was exceptional. The hotel staff is highly professional and treat the guests with great respect. The location is very convenient and close to main places. Notwithstanding, very quiet in the room. Many thanks. We will be back!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Superb location just off a gorgeous piazza just around the corner and within walking distance of all the major attractions (and shopping) but still quiet at night. Staff wonderfully helpful and friendly. Breakfast is fantastic and includes Prosecco if you're in a celebratory mood. After our first night, we asked to change rooms to one with a bath and when they learnt it was my partner's birthday they upgraded us to a suite and gave us free cocktails.
Cons: It's not cheap. The bar and restaurant prices are high, even for Rome. Having said that, the food and drink - especially the wine - was excellent.

Pros: Great location and the host could not be any better!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very welcoming and kind hostess. We were able to do our laundry and the room and en-suite were impeccably clean. The kitchen is well stocked and there was products to use in the bathroom. We lay all afternoon on her deck in the shade and she drove us up the road to the grocery store as we couldn’t wait until 8:00 pm until the restaurants opened for the night. We awoke to a beautifully set table for breakfast. Far more than we could have possibly eaten. Hostess made us scrambled eggs from her own hens.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Muriella was so accommodating. I was walking from Sutri to Formello and had not checked the location before walking Via Francigena into town so I did not realize I had walked in the wrong direction. I called Muriella and within 10 minutes, she had come to my location and picked me up to take me to the Bed and Breakfast. Her personality is bright and lovely. She let me get settled in and after about an hour, she drove me and 4 other guests to dinner at Cucina. She introduced us to the waitress and told them to take care of her guests and instructed the restaurant workers to call her when we had finished our meal so she could drive us back to the Bed & Breakfast. Muriella went out of her way to make sure I received a refund because I paid for a double room even though I was travelling alone. Muriella also cooked us an amaaaaaaazing breakfast the following morning. I mean eggs, toast, yogurt, pastries, coffee, fruit, juice, and charcuterie. She even made two cheese and prosciutto sandwiches for me and the four other guests. We took pictures before heading out after breakfast. Muriella loves New York City and clearly loves accommodating guests from all walks of life. She is a light and I could not have asked for a better stay. The room itself was gorgeous. I huge bedroom with a private bathroom. The room was both clean and extremely comfortable. I strongly recommend a stay at Nonna Loretta B&B. You will be taken care of and you will feel at home.

Cons: The shower.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very polite and helpful .The room was a good location ,good wifi decant breakfast
Cons: Small room for the money paid (but that just Rome) would stay again
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location and view, our room looked out at the fountain in Piazza Barberini. Metro station is across the street, two nearby bus stops, and within walking distance of Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Parthenon, and even the Colosseum (30 min walk). Very helpful and friendly staff with great restaurant recommendations. Room was clean and comfortable with both a full and half bath.
Cons: We had a "suite" but the living area was not much more than a hallway, but the rest of the room was awesome.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff at Hotel Barocco are what make this fantastic hotel extraordinary. They go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay at their hotel and in the Eternal City. I could give a special mention to almost everyone at the front desk and the very patient bar staff, but for consistently extraordinary service the Breakfast team exceeded my expectations on a daily basis during a 2 week stay. Daily I was greeted with a huge smile, positive energy and an Italian lesson (my choice!!). I have diet issues and they could not do enough to accommodate my needs with a smile and the offer to try to do more to ensure I began each day well fed. Not once did I have a problem with anything I ate during my stay. Special cakes were made for me that were amazing. I found this hotel and Rome to be very easy if you have allergies and this removed a huge stress from me. When I came down with a cold they made special teas that helped me get back out and about again. I cannot thank them enough for making this one of my most special visits to Rome and making the hotel feel more like a home. I hope its not too long before I can return again.
Cons: Would be good if they could you let your check-in earlier or try to be more flexible given most guests are long haul/international travellers. After travelling for 40 hours I was told by the gentleman at reception I was too early (c. 2 hours) and that my room wouldn't be ready until the standard check-in time at 2pm. Other international travellers had the same experience. My bags were stored without any problem. There could have been the offer to try and make up the room earlier by this gentleman. This was the only negative during my stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We've stayed in many hotels but the staff is incredible at this hotel. From the front desk, bell hops, cafe and cleaning staff everyone was very pleasant and always willing to help. The complimentary breakfast was probably the best we've ever had. If you're going to Rome you've got to stay here.

Pros: The location of this hotel on a little quaint Italian street is just perfect! We loved everything about the hotel. The suites were spotlessly clean and located in a very quiet area. Suites are a great size! Continental breakfast had lots to choose from and the latte macchiatos were delicious, the perfect start to every day.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in the studio at Margutta 54. The room is amazing; 78 sq metres in a small villa. Charming! Very well located between the Piazza de Spagna and Piazza del Poppolo. The breakfast was great.
Cons: The service in the studio suites is not as efficient as one would expect from a 5 star hotel. Information available from the front desk (there is no concierge) is not always accurate and unfortunately we were not given the Rome notebook which is included in the package and would have been a huge help.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location and room were very good, but we were disappointed in the breakfast. It seems they changed the breakfast options from when we booked the room to when we arrived. That was disappointing since we selected the place in large part based on the full free breakfast advertised on the website. They have now changed the pictures on the website and do not show the entrees previously displayed.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: It is very "Roman" and grand with beautiful grounds. The pools and spa are also very nice. Very nice amenities.
Cons: Location - it is kind of far from everything, this wouldn't be bad if the staff was more helpful with restaurants, etc... in the local area. Everything at the hotel is VERY expensive. 16 Euros for coffee every day. Its like a hostage situation.

With a stay at Relais Trevi 95 Boutique Hotel - Adults Only, you'll be centrally located in Rome, within a 5-minute walk of Trevi Fountain and Via del Corso. Featured amenities include limo/town car service, a computer station, and express check-in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, location, location!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great little hotel in a bustling, vibrant area a minute’s walk from the fountain. Really lovely attentive staff, comfortable beds, quirky decor and gorgeous breakfasts. Also, the most hilarious lift I’ve ever been in!
Cons: I loved everything about the property- but if I were to be super picky, the stairs on the upper floors felt like they were different heights, meaning you had to take a bit more care, especially as the worst culprits are nearest the bar!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great boutique hotel located 1,000 from the Trevi Fountain and a few more blocks to the Spanish Steps. Hotel is located on a narrow street that is quite busy with many tourists walking by. The roof top restaurant for breakfast and drinks is fantastic. On a another level above the restaurant is an open area with chairs, and smoking area. Service is five star! There are many terrific restaurants close to the hotel and the hotel will make your reservations. Ciao
Cons: I am not an easy person to please when it comes to hotels. Honestly; there wasn't anything I did not like!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very cute small hotel. Minimal noise. Included breakfast was ok.
Cons: No breakfast included on 4th day.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff were first class, hotel was super clean and position was excellent.
Cons: Slightly disappointed that no food, apart from breakfast, was served in hotel. Additionally the bar did not open till 6pm which was a little frustrating. These matters were not clear to me at time of booking and given the 'price point' that the hotel had positioned itself at (€250 per night), is somewhat surprising. Breakfast was however excellent.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were very nice, small on the basic end and beautiful in the deluxe. The staff were all incredible and the breakfast and happy hour/light dinner were incredibly convenient.
Cons: Two of the rooms have a "courtyard view" which meant it was super dark, all day long. The rooms are small and no gym, but very typical of European hotels in the tourist district.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Had a good stay at Relais Trevi 95. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. 5 mins away from the Trevi Fountain. Breakfast included with your stay and delivered to your room with time requested which was AMAZING!
Cons: The toilet looked really cool but uncomfortable to sit on other than that everything else was great!

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is idyllic. Set in the countryside, at night, it is very peaceful. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and they catered or us even on 2 occasions we returned to the hotel very late in the evening. The wine was to my taste and all very reasonable in price. The host was very friendly and spoke enough English, that we could communicate without too many problems.
Cons: The hairdryer in the room didn't work, but I never raised this, so I couldn't advise if it would have been dealt with efficiently or not.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was the best, so nice and helpful! Loved them!! And the location was beautiful. Great pool!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: After a long hot trip on our bikes, it was a very good place to relax at poolside. Nice room with a terras in the garden a few feet from the very nice pool. Very friendly people and a good dinner, so perfect for us!
Cons: The direction sign outside the property was covered with leafs, so first we could find it. The address on google maps took us also to another place on the map....
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Amazing pool - very friendly owner- it is not a typical hotel and more like a B and B or staying in someone's home - they do lovely meals at lunch and dinner (save on Sundays the owner gets a pizza delivery for whoever wants dinner) but there is not an extensive menu and there is only one waiter So as long as you are relaxed and don't expect immediate service then you will enjoy your stay
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful garden and swimmingpool Perfect place to relax close to Rome Very clean Nice and good restaurant
10.0 Excellent

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, clean and comfortable.
Cons: When we checked in we were shown to the only bedroom in the basement - behind ‘bunker’ type doors laid an unoccupied conference centre and this room. It would be a great room if you intended to make a lot of noise or if you thought a nuclear attack was imminent. We didn’t and refused to be located in such an isolated area of the hotel. They relocated us.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanroom, good room sizing. Pretty new in furnishing.
Cons: No direct ramp access to the lift area. You need to walk a distance from the train station. The pavement is not helping much either with the bumps and humps en-route to the hotel especially if you have a huge luggage in tow. Recommend to take a taxi over even if its a short distance from the train station. No control of the ventilation unit.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located approximately 5 mins walking distance from Termini, 10mins from Coloseum and 20 mins from Rome city center. It is very clean and comfortable. Bathroom also is great. Breakfast has a variety of choices. Recommended for a quick and easy stay in the Eternal City!
5.0 Okay
Cons: No place to hangup clothing in the bath room. Clean bath towers shall not be placed on top of toilet. Worst place to put bath tower. Noise from the market stating from 4 am

Pros: Location. Within walking distance of most sites
Cons: Dated looking rooms
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location is as good as it gets for a full service hotel in Rome, just steps from the Pantheon and some of the best gelato in Rome at Giolitti. We also easily walked to the Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo in one direction, Piazza Navona and Campo de Fiori in the opposite direction. Excellent breakfast was included in our price. The staff stored our luggage prior to check-in, and couldn’t have been more welcoming.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Superb location. Cobblestone Street area near the pantheon walk anywhere .
Cons: Basic room is small.
7.1 Good
Pros: The location is very good and central, close to a main street with a lot of public transportation. The area is very safe with police 24 hours because it's near a official government building
Cons: The hotel feel old, in the design and facilities. The room is very small. especially the shower, a large person could find it very difficult if not impossible to take a proper shower there (about 0.5m X 1.0m)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The room was a bit small. Especially the shower.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location of the Breakfast area was great. We liked the different breakfast rooms. Liked the safe location close to the Italian Parliament otherwise also great location for all Rome sites. The rooms are great size, especially for a big city where rooms generally seem to run small, Very nicely renovated with style. The front desk staff always willing to help and knowledgeable.
Cons: The high City tax.... adds up quickly.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Economy room is very small and no tea coffee tray

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The Hotel was beautiful and the details were well thought out and I was impressed with Boscolo Exedra.
Cons: Be very careful if you book this hotel through a third party booking service. They did not honor my booking and the entire check in was long and delayed. The Hotel Boscolo charged my credit card that I gave them for incidentals even after I showed and emailed them the copy of the booking. Very frustrating and I am still dealing with it weeks later.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: The transfer of information from booking.com to the hotel was not smooth. I got charged again from the hotel for the stay, although I have already paied through booking . Com

Pros: I enjoyed the privacy of a luxurious atmosphere. Palazzo was in the heart of Rome which provide close proximity to major historical attractions.

7.5 Good
Pros: The best thing about this hotel is the 5 minute walk to the Termini train station. We used the Metro to get to all of Rome's main attractions. I would consider this hotel a safe, clean hotel but not sure if it is a Four Star category. The breakfast staff was very friendly and attentive and the food was good. The bath towels in the room were thick, large and soft. The TV had a great cable selection of channels.
Cons: The bed was hard. A sign in the room offered to change out the bed, but we were too tired to ask for this service. The bathroom shower stall was in front of the toilet which did not allow room for your feet while sitting on the toilet. Not sure the facilities merit four stars.

Pros: The staff were so friendly from when you entered the hotel tell we left

Pros: Day staff and breakfast crew were excellent!!!

Pros: THE AREA OF THE HOTEL WAS GREAT. WE FELT VERY SAFE AND COMFORTABLE TO WALK AROUND AT NIGHT
Cons: THERE COULD HAVE BEEN MORE ROOM SERVICE PROVIDED BEFORE 4 IN THE AFTERNOON. THE ROOMS WERE NOT CLEANED VERY NICELY. WE HAD TO REQUEST WATER ON ALL 4 DAYS WE WERE THERE.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect if you want to stay near the Vatican. Everything was spotless! Staff was wonderful! Breakfast was delicious!
Cons: What I didn’t care for was our room was near the terrace bar and people were quite loud until after midnight so I would recommend staying away from that area for sleeping.

Cons: No
7.0 Good
Pros: Loved tranquillity and buildings. Great location.
Cons: Room very small. Air condition not working. Dirty towels not changed. No tea, coffee or water.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was fantastic- to pass by St Peter's Basilica every day was a real treat. The view from the bar was lovely.
Cons: The bar menu was a bit limited in that you couldn't get a regular bowl of pasta. It was either meat lasagne or meat spaghetti. I think we would have used the bar more if we could have just had a bowl of, say, Penne Arrabiata, some bread and a glass of wine!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location to the Vatican can't be beaten. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Cons: Rooms are small and leave a lot to be desired. Hotel amenities are a little lacking at similar pricepoints.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location! You can literally see St. Peter’s basilica from the hotel. The staff was also EXCELLENT. This was our favorite hotel in our Italy trip.
Cons: The room was pretty small but that’s to be expected with a European hotel.
