Pros: Beautiful location . So peaceful. Totally relaxing place to be. Lovely hostess Florence made us very welcome. Hope we can come back some day !
Pros: We stayed here for one night when we were on our way back home from the south and looking for a place with a bit of extra luxury for our last night. Florence's domain was just the perfect spot! We could wind down at the pool side and in the jacuzzi during our stay and even after check-out time (we decided to leave in the evening due to traffic jams so this was a very nice extra gesture). On top of that, Florence went out of her way to make sure we could check in early as well so we really were able to get the most out of our stay. The room was perfect. Great bed, coffee and tea maker, big bathroom with lots of attention to detail and lots of little extra's (think body lotions, perfumes etc.) Breakfast was good with all sorts of local jams and Florence even went out of her way to make us eggs as we Belgians tend to love those in the morning ;) The domain is just absolutely lovely and at the end of a deadend street on top of a hill (lovely views!) which was just perfect for our dog who was free to roam around and play with Florence's two, very well-behaved dogs. We paid 88/night including breakfast (without surcharge for the dog I must add!) and found this to be an amazing value for money.
Cons: Nothing at all.
Pros: A small piece of paradise. Amazing host Florence made us feel at home immediately! The supper was delicious, we had an amazing time! Food, jams, cheeses were out of this world! I don't have enough words to praise the welcoming hostess as well as her wonderful place in the beautiful Ardeche region! Thumbs up for this exceptionnal jewel : we're definitely coming back!!
Pros: We liked the quietness, the spectacular view, and of course... Florence and Thierry who made our stay the most comfortable and enjoyable. Dinner was "generous" and excellent (apéritif, entry, main course, salad, cheeses, dessert) and the wines just great. Our hosts entertained us until after mid night...! The jacuzzi was very enjoyable after a day of hiking around. Despite outside temp. around 8-9C, this relaxing night experience was just perfect. And of course a gorgeous breakfast, with plenty of local products to taste...
Cons: Everything is very fine. A minor suggestion for possible future improvement: the apartment (kitchen/living and bedroom) would advantageously be equipped with open windows to enjoy the fresh air...!
Pros: The mattress and the pillows were very good. The pool was refreshing, and the views were beautiful. The hamlet of La Pize is far away from the world and offers peace and tranquility. If you enjoy a place where you can lie by the pool and do nothing, this is perfect.
Cons: I sadly found our room poorly cleaned. There was dust everywhere and spiderwebs in the corners. In the bath, there was a presentation box with a grungy ribbon attached to it, filled with used cosmetics, and an assortment of used perfumes and personal care products from hotel chains. The whole effect was of slovenliness. There was no information in the room regarding check-out time, wifi code, or breakfast time. The hostess kindly provided a minibar, but no pricelist. We had to unplug the minibar at night as it was very loud. Also, there was no wifi in our room. The breakfast was correct but there was no extra effort made to make it a charming experience. Sticky jars of jams were lined up on a tray, the lid of the water cooker was smeary and crusty, the baguette was served uncut in a basket with a knife, but without a board to cut it on. I was put off by the hostess's manner of speaking only about herself, with seemingly no interest in her guests. I felt like I was purely a cash cow and that at a price which was, in my estimation, about 20% over market value. It's a pity, because there's good potential here, but I don't need this kind of "hospitality."
Pros: We loved everything at Domaine du Clap. The host André and his wife Elsa made us feel very welcome. André gave us a tour of the castle and the history behind it, a very special place. The position of Domaine du Clap is fantastic as there were no road noises at all, a very peaceful environment. The rooms were super clean, breakfast was served in the garden and included freshly baked bread, home made jams and cakes. We had two dinners at the host table which was another beautiful experience as a lot of the ingredients came out of the organic garden and we had dinner under the stars. The environment is very interesting and great for hiking and many other activities. All in all it was one of the nicest experiences we have had and can only recommend this beautiful place. Thank you so much André and Elsa for making our stay so special.
Pros: The rooms were super new and the overall property very beautiful ! The food is mostly home made and grown, and the family welcoming us / you is very welcoming, and nice. If you want to have a very nice diner then ask to dine there, it's a great value & taste for money too I highly recommend you to stay there !
Pros: super clean, everything smells cleaniness. they offer the local homemade food, the bread, the jam, the castanya cake, the cheese, the wine, just impressive.
Pros: A gem, off the beaten path. Very clean, amazing organic breakfast, wonderful welcoming owners. Perfect place to relax. Hearing someone playing a piano for an hour in the evening made this place magical.
Cons: I enjoyed every aspect, pure, honest and simple.
Pros: The food was excellent, since it was homemade and most of it even homegrown and typical for the region of Ardeche. Also the room was clean and nice.
Pros: Wonderful place. André was a lovely host and excellent cook. The rooms are very big and comfortable.
Cons: Nothing to dislike
Pros: Great place to spend the night during our 2-day hike between Pourchères and Pranles. The owner is very welcoming, full of interesting stories and also a great cook. We were quite pleased with our stay and would deffintely recommend it to anyone else.
Pros: The host welcomed us to this authentic and historic place in the countryside of Ardeche. Wonderful nature and great walking trails just outside the door. We were served dinner made with organically grown vegetables from the garden, and got to practice our French with the other guests around the dinner table. Breakfast was also an abundance of home made breads, jams, superb cheeses - and again the good company of the host and the other guests. We are so glad we found this place in the French countryside!
Cons: We loved it - a great experience!
Pros: I was spending there my holiday with my girlfriend and we found the perfect place for our last two nights in France. The host Andre was very friendly and the breakfast was incredible. He provided us with homemade products (bread, cakes, yoghurt etc). On our last night we even had dinner at the chateau which was very delicious. We liked the location the most because we could calm down. The chateau was surrounded by beautiful nature and we took long walks during the day. The room was awesome and clean. It was special and different to regular hotels and thats what we liked the most. This place is perfect for people that want to chill, enjoy the nature, like local homemade products and chateaus. Thank you Andre for the incredible overstay. Greets from Austria
Pros: The place is simple but pretty. The dinner and breakfast which were home made were delicious! The room is quite basic but comfortable and clean.
Cons: The communication with host was not the best prior to arrival. I sent a couple of messages and never heard back from him. I wished we could have paid or dinner with a credit card. Host was very nice

Featured amenities include a safe deposit box at the front desk and an elevator (lift). This hotel has 2 meeting rooms available for events. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Really appreciate thier welcome, cleaning I like this hotel Regards
Pros: Owner was very pleasant and chatty.
Cons: Corridor smelt, room was dirty, overall an unpleasant experience. The photos on Booking.com give a totally inaccurate picture of the hotel as it is actually in an industrial area not open country side.
Pros: Swimming pool. Well cooled rooms.
Cons: Food was very moderate. Location 20 minutes from highway
Cons: We had the 4 bed family room, which turned out to be a normal room with two additional beds stuffed inside. The place is more like a hostel than a propper hotel.
Pros: Friendly staff lovely location Great for cycling Good air conditioning Comfortable room Will stop here again
Pros: Check in was friendly and efficient. Evening waitress was really nice. Outdoor terrace pleasant.
Cons: Food! Noise! There were two large groups booked into hotel in lauding a group of teenagers with their parents (poss a sport group) and on arrival they made a huge noise - banging doors, shouting in corridors and running from room to room. After shouting at them and a supervising adult apologizing they quietened down but that should have been done by the manager. The groups on the dining room were very noisy so dining was not a great experience. Then the food problems arose. Due to the large groups the manager said he couldn't tell us what food would be avaliable. Our menu was eventually 3 courses including unidentifiable items in my wife's pasta and my cheese and pear starter was so sickly with a huge amount of cream cheese. The only main course was steak and chips. What an awful steak! Cooked on one side only and so tough that we couldn't eat it. The menu of the day would have been €18 but for this rubbish we were billed €25.95 each. The waitress did not respond to our complaint but the next morning the manager gave us one free breakfast - €8.50 as compensation! The breakfast selection was very basic and not worth the money.
Pros: Every thing was oke Very friendly staff. Good food. Nice swimmingpool. Airconditioned rooms. Perfect place
Cons: No bad things at all
Pros: Nice hotel with family rooms just outside of city centre of Privas. Good for overnight stay when travelling south: 20-30 minutes from A7 highway. Swimming pool adds to the pleasure. Family rooms are good value for money.
Cons: Rooms are quite basic and slightly outdated. (rooms were however clean)
Pros: Very frendly straff very god food
