Pros: Location worked for our trip.
Cons: The windows in the room don't open. The bed sheets were old and worn out, but clean. It was worm, so there was no need for heavy blankets ( this is the problem with most hotels), one more thing to do was to remove them.
Pros: Breakfast was great! They even served hot cinnamon buns, and were they ever delicious. They served omelets with cheese, and they even had egg white omelets.
Pros: The guest service was great will come back soon
Pros: Very clean. And amazing breakfast staff!!
Pros: Proximity to highway
Cons: The parking access is a bit strange as you have to go on thru truckstop
Pros: Nice people, nice building
Pros: Pretty good breakfast. Bed was comfortable. I think they need better pillows.
Cons: Better pillows.
Pros: Very clean. Liked the modern touch. Loved the breakfast options.
Cons: It was hard to find the right driveway. We could see the hotel but couldn't get to it.
Pros: Lovely room and amenities
Cons: Unfortunately the people in the room above us has children running, jumping and falling down until after 10:30 pm, then they started in again about 6:00 am. They settled down in the pm after I complained to the front desk.
Pros: Clean, well maintained, nice staff, good breakfast.
Pros: Great breakfast. Still like new property. Firm beds and spacious room.
Pros: Very clean rooms. Nice breakfast, too.

Pros: close to town 4 wineries within walking distance clean great breakfast with lots of options!
Cons: We came to Prosser for the Wine and Art Gala. When we checked in, we asked if there was a shuttle to town. Front desk said no, but recommended a driving service by "Cindy." Cindy was very nice, and the car was clean, but she was greatly over priced. For a 1.4 mile one way ride, we were charged $25!!! The real kicker came when the van driver of the RV park a crossed the street offered free shuttle service to and from the event for both the RV park and the hotel! When we complained, the night shift front desk employee said they have had multiple complaints about Cindy. Don't fall for Cindy's driving scam!

Pros: Wonderful breakfast, strawberry waffles and bacon. Very cozy space with a full kitchen in cheerful green. Wish we could have stayed a few nights to really enjoy the homey space.

Pros: The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and accommodated. I will definitely stay here again, the People Are Awesome!
Cons: I didn't like that booking.com had it listed as three king size beds and when we got there there was only one. The other listing booking offered was 4 queen size beds and they don't even have such a room. I notified the location that booking.com had their reservation information incorrect. So hopefully that gets fixed. Or hopefully you read this and it clarifies things. Also there is no on-site grill for guests to use.

Cons: Beds were more firm than I am used to but still slept ok

Cons: It was right by a restaurant/bar and it seemed like a lot of partying was going on. We also could here through the wall the banging & talking in the middle of the night.
Pros: Checkin was quick.
Cons: The breakfast was underwhelming. Very few choices.
Pros: Nothing in this place was good. Except the front desk staff was really nice.

Upgraded 24 hr security, larger flatscreen TV's. Daily maid service. It's not fancy yet it's comfortable. The staff and ownership shared with me they want to change the internet's old perception and make Travel Inn every visitors place to stay when visiting this region. Hands down they have the best value. I liked it so much I chose to Stay another week.
