The person at the reception was warm and friendly and ever willing to answer all and as many questions. The hotel was simple but had all the necessities and the complimentary drinks were a nice idea. The bed was uncomfortable was not able to sleep at all.

Location was convenient and services/facilities were adequate for my needs at a price I could adfford.

We were impressed that a lift took us and our bags from the street level to the reception level. So many hotels in Europe have a steep set of steps up to a level where there is a lift. Also, the young woman on the reception desk was extremely professional and friendly. One small complaint: it was still summer when we stayed at the hotel, although it was a little cool outside. They had the heating on in the breakfast room! It was stifling. Also the street is a little noisy, being narrow and having five or six storey buildings lining it to reflect the noise.

Location near the main train station and quiet. The staffs are friendly Breakfast is not so good. There are no yogurt and fresh fruits.

Central position;only 3 minutes walk from main station Room and top corridor (5th floor)furnishings were very dull and somewhat shabby .main light in my room was at the door and would have been better in centre of ceiling.Please note the cleanliness was excellent

A big hostel with clean rooms. It provides reasonable price to budget travellers. I always get quick responses before I stay in this hotel via e-mail or during my stay.

10 minutes to the U-bahn station, parking prices weren't too bad for a city and free at weekends. Breakfast menu would be perfectly OK if not for the lack of vegetables. The internet was supposed to be accessible in all rooms but it wasn't the case. I had to go downstairs into the general area to get access on my laptop. No vegetables or fruit in the breakfast menu.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed the central location.

Excellent communications with the city centre. The metro is literally a stone's throw away. The hotel is open 24hours, it has its own bar with happy hour, and a fantastic Italian restaurant right next door, connected to the hotel by a door. Rooms were comfortable and warm and plenty big enough for 5 sharing. Hardly anything is provided: no towels, no shampoo, no shower gel. Reasonably clean but don't look too closely!

It was clean and had all facilities needed for a traveller - internet, bar, toilet roll, locker in the room etc. It was also close to the tube (Goethe). Although this wasn't written on the web page. There is only 1 key per room, which is a rubbish system. If someone forgets to give the key to reception then you are locked out and have to wait to get the receptionist to come back up with the master key. This system also means that when you or others are in the room the door should be left unlocked day and night! Not good for security and peace of mind.

Good prices, good cheap breakfast, the hostel was generally very good looking and inviting. I had no problems whatsoever during my stay. Some of the facilities of which the hostel had promised weren't functioning.

Convenient location just across the way from Munich's main railway station. Value for money. Hidden extras for breakfast, use of television in the bedrrom and use of the internet.
