Pros. The bed was comfortable, room was clean. Hotel is in a great location. Has a shuttle to old Quebec and everything.
Cons. When we arrived to the hotel. We walked up to the desk and was only stared at with a unfriendly look by the young lady working the front desk. We said Hi and she only said “Hi” back. No welcome or can I help you just “Hi” and a Glare. We were not impressed by this service at all. She was very rude dealing with us.
