Pros: We loved staying with Dan and Mitsy! They are just delightful, we were made to feel so welcome and they couldn't do enough for us in terms of recommendations for activities and restaurants. They had a lovely fire going every night which was just the perfect spot to enjoy NZ wine. We would definitely highly recommend you don't miss the Old Ferry when you visit Queenstown. Libby and Lisa
Cons: Leaving!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Lovely hosts, the room was very cozy and well decorated!
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Warm Kiwi welcome, helpful advice and friendly conversation, cosy living room and bedroom with super comfy bed, and yummy cooked breakfast. Really quiet location on the outskirts but a nice short drive to both Queenstown and Arrowtown. Convenience of kitchen and laundry if desired.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Fabulous hosts. Beautiful historical house. Sumptuous breakfasts. Cozy rooms.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The beautiful decor, board games available for the quiet evenings which we spent by the fireplace. The incredible breakfast which goes above and beyond expectations. Friendliness of the hosts and looking at the window into the garden to see two silly chickens (named Disco and Fever!!). It was warm, comfortable and felt like a home away from home.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Dan and Mitzi are terrific hosts. Warm, friendly folks who enjoy what they do. Breakfast was delicious.
Cons: My daughter and I had twin beds as requested. I would only rate the beds as average.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Clean, well equipped rooms. Love.y breakfast.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hosts were friendly, extremely helpful and welcoming. The property had a wealth of history, and lovely decor.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Fantastic service and breakfast by Dan and Mitzi. Very personalised and also helpful in suggestions of what to do in the area and region. They are well travelled and understand the traveller's needs :-) Room decor is so very delightful and authentic. The quality of their establishment is excellent. You will feel very pampered. You can even use the kitchen if you need to. We were served smashingly good breakfasts which were totally memorable: from the table setting to the very last mouthful.
Cons: We were warmer than anticipated under the feather duvets - but our fault for not saying anything! The bedding is first class and the service impeccable.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved this quaint location. Out of town for a quiet respite. But located between Queenstown & Arrowtown. Loved the attention to detail from Dan & Mitzy. They are amazing!!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Our ground floor accommodation consisted of six rooms with a private entrance all self contained which included a large bathroom with toiletries and fresh towels. On arrival we were greeted by Daniela with a cup of coffee and home made cakes from their bakery and then shown to our rooms. Breakfast on both mornings was excellent and freshly cooked by Andre along with juices, cereals, fruits and hot drinks and freshly made bread. It was nice to have a relaxed conversation with them both at breakfast and they are both helpful and friendly and have a wonderful property. It was a pleasure to stay with them both and they deserve the good reviews they receive.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful house with large-lovely garden and view towards the hills and countryside. A luxury room and bathroom complemented by ample common living and dining rooms. A nice hottub in the garden. The owner-hosts are warm caring people with careful preocupation for making you feel at home; the breakfast is goumet style prepared by Danielle or Andre themselves!
Excellent 10.0

Excellent 9.6
Pros: Stunning quiet location with friendly hospitable hosts.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Thank you so much Andre and Daniela for having us. We had an amazing time. You guys are some of the hardest working people we have ever met and we really appreciate everything you did for us. From the masterchef breakfasts every morning to the finer details like giving us fresh towels everyday. Everyone should stay here at least once in their lifetime. We felt like we were at home and I even teared up as we drove out of the driveway.
Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Great to be out of town and away from the crowds but close enough to visit in 15 minutes. Pulse the beautiful scenery was well worth it!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: What a pleasant surprise and amazing experience at Three Thirty. Before we got to Queenstown, we’d heard from the locals that how touristy and loud the city could be. So we set our expectations low. Three Thirty blew our mind for its gorgeous architecture and environment. Our host Daniela is the most generous and informative person we’ve met during our 40-day trip around New Zealand. And she knows how to do luxury with a personal touch! The location can’t be any better. It’s quiet and much closer to all the fun activities that Queenstown lake and Shotover River can offer. We truly enjoyed Daniela’s off-the-beaten-track recommendations as well. Ask her more about Arrowtown, berry ice-cream at Glenloch and wine tasting in Central Otago. You won’t be disappointed!
Cons: None
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Friendly Owners very clean and tidy Breakfast excellent owners very helpful and chatty.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was perfect. The location was superb, the hosts where fantastic, the food was delightful. Highly recommended

Pros: Fantastic accommodation. Very clean & fully equipped. Fabulous views. Beautiful 30 minute walk into town. Very cozy. Loved staying here. Wi-Fi was good. Staff friendly. Cleaners did a great job each day. Loved having warm towels.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Lake view is incredible, especially at sunset.
Cons: Parking is a bit tight.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Amazing lakefront view, short walk or 5 min drive into Queenstown or to the Airport/Frankston area. Very homely feel
Cons: Nothing to note really
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Beautiful views, very warm. Great turn down service.
Cons: Who they house, where the house. Be considerate of couples with no children vs families. Or sound proof the roof. The racket is atrocious.

Excellent 9.6
Pros: Excellent treatment Good value for money Thanks
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The views of Lake Wakatipu from the bedroom and the living room are fantastic! The bedroom I had was spacious and clean. The big bathroom was a bonus! Above all else, the hosts - Colin, Yoli, together with their niece Lovely are super hosts. Colin guided me on my travelling programs and came by showing me the way back to the apartment in the evening when I lost my way. Yoli, the lady host is fun-loving and helpful. She lent me her boots and ski-jacket for the days when I was waiting for my luggage to arrive. Lovely took me for a hike up the Queenstown hill and more. They really take good care of their guests. I would strongly recommend Alpine Suites to anyone coming to Queenstown!
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Lovely views, lovely staff, good social areas & decent breakfast.
Cons: A bit pricey.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The view was unbelievable. I was sad to leave the view. The hosts were lovely. Very accommodating. Everything was very clean and you could lie in bed and just look at the view. Brilliant. Loved our time there and Queenstown didn't disappoint either.
Cons: Breakfast was OK. Not a huge amount of choice. It was steep but if you want that view that's what you get. Best to have a car.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The view was amazing and breath taking. Yoli, Collin, and Lovely was very accomodating. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely worth recommending to family and friends! Special mentiin to Lovely who was very patient and kind to us we really appreciate it!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment and it was lovely. The views were spectacular and you were able to sit out in the garden. We were blessed with sunny weather for our stay. Breakfast was a veritable feast and by far the best we’d had on our 3 week, 8 establishment, trip. It was our 46th wedding anniversary whilst we were there and we were given a lovely bottle of sparkling wine. The rooms were serviced daily. Great location, near the airport, town centre, shops etc. * Photographs are from the apartment/garden.
Cons: Driveway was a bit challenging, as quite steep, but to be far, that is stated in information before you book and not unusual for the area. We were helped with our luggage.
Good 7.1
Pros: The view of lake is really beautiful. It is a joy to have breakfast with such a great view.
Cons: The use of kitchen is limited & must be supervised by staffs. As we pay such amounts of money, we should be able to have some level of freedom, but we don’t.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Family run house. Probably only 2-3 rooms let. Both The owners Colin and Yoli were very helpful. especially as they sent over an air pod that I had left behind all the way to UK. Very pleased, impressed and very grateful. The view from the bedroom window was amazing. Alpine suites is based in a residential pleasant area. Very hilly so you must be fit.
Cons: It was about a 45 minute walk to town or cab there and back.

Pros: Beautiful scenery every morning, its not too far from city centre but far away enough for peace and quiet. Breakfast was beautiful with freshly baked bread muffins every morning!
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Good cleanliness and very spacious with very beautiful view!! The homemade breakfast from Rebecca was so good! But maybe to change a little daily. It is a 5 star for them!
Cons: Very hard to spot this location for night driving! There is no light at all at the turning in entrance. And name was too small.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: On arrival we received a very warm welcome from Mitch who showed us around the lodge. We were delighted with our room which was large and well-appointed with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent, and so were the muffins offered to us on departure. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
Cons: Nothing

Mitch and Bec were lovely, welcoming hosts, and we enjoyed conversing with them at breakfast. They were also readily available to answer any questions or make any recommendations during the day. The property was so nice. We enjoyed visiting the sheep in the back, too!
Cons: I can't think of a single thing to put here. Seriously.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The distance from the road so NO noise, the spa at end of day was brilliant, and the bed Would have to have been one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in.... ever! And the hosts Bec’s and Mitch were magnificent.
Cons: Too be honest it was hard to fault.to do so would be bit picking.

Pros: Fully equipped kitchen
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The proprietor was most helpful and friendly. Also, you can get an awesome massage right there.
Cons: Spotty Wi-Fi in our room.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Great kitchen, dining and lounge which may be shared with other guests. Very comfortable bed Great lake views Really appreciated the free airport transfer at 6am, even if it is only 800 metres.
Cons: Shared bathroom but that was made very clear before we booked
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Joseph the owner (and his dog), made our experience unforgettable. The communal areas are sparkling clean and Joseph is a great guy to speak with. He gave us great recommendations on where to go and runs his business excellently. The B&B is in a great location (only minutes away from the backpacker-stuffed Queenstown) and very quiet. We could not try the Spa unfortunately as we lacked time, however the other guests seemed pretty happy with it!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Really loved the fact how everything was just walking distance, airport, shopping centre and the ferry just to get you into the main town. Will definitely stay there again.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The view and the distance to the Frankton Arm Lake
Cons: I had no issue with the property.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This was a shared apartment. My bedroom was comfortable, the bathroom was well appointed and very clean. I shared the bathroom with the occupants of one other room. The shared areas were lovely:,a well kitted-out kitchen, a very comfortable sitting area with gorgeous TV, and a large dining table. There was plenty of tourist information available. Josef, my host, took an interest in my plans and made a couple of suggestions which I followed up; they were excellent. The B&B business is combined with a Japanese massage parlour. I took advantage of this, and had a good massage to round off my stay!
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Stunning views of the mountains from all windows and a close drive to The Remarkables ski fields. Josef is very friendly and able to assist with any queries. Good location, short drive to shopping centre and Queenstown.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Great view of the Lake, very clean and a very helpful Host.
Cons: The entrance road is rough and not sealed.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Josef our host was brilliant, really good guy with plenty of good info. We had a twin private room and that upstairs area is fantastic. The fully self contained kitchen made catering easy and the New World supermarket just a 2 min drive made it cheap as well. Will be back for sure.
Cons: As some others have mentioned, the wifi works but it's a bit patchy which is something I would fix up if it were me.

Pros: Comfortable easy to find large bathroom. Warm. Friendly staff who where willing to help.
Cons: The window surrounds need cleaning mould growing. The outside needs a good tidy up and some tlc
Good 7.9
Pros: Nice and warm and the tiles were heated extra bonus.
Cons: There was no kitchen area so didn't really like drinking water from the bathroI'm tap.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The furniture is grand , the room is massive and the views are to die for.
Cons: Not staying longer.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: check in and out was really easy and the owner i talked to (in quite late notice) let us check out an hour later, room was so funky, just loved it
Cons: nothing
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Breathtaking views. Handy for Queenstown itself, as long as you have a car. Short journey from airport. Very comfortable accommodation. Nice and warm, once heaters going.
Cons: Would have been great if the heaters had all been been cranked up for our arrival, on a cold late afternoon- first evening was a little chilly for a few hours,, until the heating took full effect.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: View was awesome. It was peaceful. My son liked cards and binoculars which were provided in room
Cons: We stayed for three nights. Although we requested for Room makeup, it wasn’t done for one day.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: What a lovely home away from home! We stayed in the Silver Fern Suite with a kitchen. It had everything we needed and more. Our host was also very friendly and accommodating of requests.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: It was a nice hotel located in front of the lake. But tours dont pick up in this location, so you have to get a taxi every time you come down the centre. And the road is a bit dark. The Hotel Manager Mr Rodman has been very helpful and accommodating for my entire stay. He's very hardworking.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Absolutely gorgeous room. The bed was amazing! Bathroom was huge and Roman preheated our room because we travelled during winter. Really nice views over Queenstown and about 5 mins drive from the centre.
Mediocre 3.8
Pros: View.
Cons: As a guest house there was no staff in attendance. Did not even bother to check to clean the room unless specifically put out the room clean sign. For a luxury room how come there was a massive king size bed but only one comfortable chair to sit on. No replenishment of toiletries was attempted, while dirty towels were removed but none more handed out. Only breakfast offered was a 4 course one, at an exhorbitant rate. Lounge was inhospitable- the fire was never lit while we were there. The address was not well documented nor was it easy to find. The electrical supply was dodgy. The lights on the dimmer would suddenly glow them die down again and the electric blankets were of some Chinese design and did not heat.

Pros: Excellent comfortable and quiet rooms. The location to stores, airport and main highways in every direction was convenient and efficient as a base for my work. Also some great walks nearby to unwind at the end of the day. Try Franks Eatery downstairs it is good food and conveniently located if you would like to eat in your room.
Cons: It was all good no complaints
Good 7.5
Cons: Exhaust in bathroom was very noisy.

Pros: Location especially if you're heading out in your car each day. You can catch a bus right outside Evey 15 minutes into Queenstown. Remarkables view is amazing.
Cons: Thin walls.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: They upgraded us to apartment! Huge room with complete facilities (e.g. kitchen) with amazing view! Convenient and accessible, Just 1 stop from the airport and the bus station is just across the street. Not far away from the city. Hoping we can go back again!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The housekeeper was fantastic! Great service always came back to clean and tidy room. Underground car parking and room cards worked very well instead of having a key. Bed extremely comfortable and shower was marvelous. Would stay again in a room that had a balcony.
Cons: No opening window or balcony so lacked fresh air and somewhere to have morning coffee. Sink small for washing/ rinsing dishes. Always had a funny smell in the communal corridor our room was fine.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: We wanted something a little bit special for our stay in Queenstown and the Hilton went above and beyond. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a bigger room and this has never happened to us before. Stunning room, amazing scenery, fantastic breakfast and facilities. Loved, loved, loved our time here.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The rooms are big, clean and stunning views. A nice pool and sauna too. A little coffee shop was really close to our room too which was very convenient
Good 6.7
Pros: Room was delightful with great views but you do pay a lot for it!
Cons: WE arrived around 11.30 and found the service at the reception average, (we had an issue at our last place with no hot water due to a fault so I rang the Hilton around 10 am and asked if we may be able to check in earlier, and I explained the reason why). When we arrived the girl at reception advised the room was vacated and would try to get house keeping on to it, this was encouraging. However after an hour I checked and nothing had been done, I explained our plight of not having hot water at our previous hotel and we really would love to really freshen up and change clothing, WE did get advised the spa and pool area we could get into, but we really wanted to get into our suitcase and choose a change of clothing, etc. Still no luck, I tried about an hour later and they kept saying they would try, We felt they were not trying especially as the room had been empty since around 11.30. I had to keep approaching reception to see if it was ready and at around 2.40 finally our room ready and we could go up! So we had sat for around 2 hours waiting! Ruined our day for sure. By this time we were a bit down and ordered room service, nothing flash about it very basic and as it only had some monofoil wrapped around it was only warm. Next day we went down to breakfast it had stated it was served until 10.30 so we got there around 10. we had decided just to share our breakfast as we didnt want to0 much, we asked how big the serving was for the bircher muesli she said it was a smallish sort of bowl so decided one each and we asked for a omelette with various fillings and two slice of toast, we also said we would have our coffees with the omelette. We waited around 15 mins for the bircher muesli to arrive, it was a bowl that could have fed four people easily and there was two of them!!, then almost immediately the omelette arrived, then the coffees, we sent back the omelette and coffees, Poor service and when they brought them back they had been placed under a heat lamp, TERRIBLE
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Very close to airport. Lake views all around. Stunning. We walked to airport to collect hire car on our second day via the walking tracks took 15mins. Hotel is right on the water- the fire pit bar is great. Water taxi $10 return for guests. Last one leaves Queenstown wharf at 9.45pm. Great way to get to Town and keep out of tourism central.
Cons: The restaurant there had awesome food but lacking service the night we went
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The breakfast was relish, room view was great, nice space.
Cons: A blanket in the room would have bee nice touch - for sitting on the couch or on the bed.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room and quite location.
Cons: Parking.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Beautiful location, great to have a few restaurants to choose from. Our room location was excellent for getting to the underground parking at the double tree and the Lake Counter Cafe. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud and the pillow menu is a nice touch. Huge bathroom and very stylish room with a lovely fireplace. A car is an absolute must, but the water taxi is a great alternative for only $10 return.
Cons: We stayed with approx 10 other couples and the way some guests were treated was very different. We all paid a very similar amount for our 8 days stay yet some on arrival received wine and macarons, others got bottles of water and chocolates every morning and some (like us) barely got fresh towels and toiletries even when requested. The paid parking at the double tree is fairly expensive and it would be nice if the Hilton made an effort to discount the rate for buying a multi day parking pass since it’s impossible to get a free park.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was spot on. The reception gentleman recognized it was my birthday on my driving license and offered an upgrade. It was just perfect.
Cons: A shuttle to the airport thats all.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast was great, staff is alwyas friendly accomodating, not one person had a frowney face! loved it.
Cons: none. was perfect.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Good rooms. Everything clean and tidy.
Good 7.1
Pros: The staff worked hard to make right the issue we had. The Hotel was very well presented and the bed was very comfortable!!
Cons: The aircon in the room made a loud clicking noise during the night. It was so loud it woke us up. On the third night we were changed to another room which also did this. By the fourth night we had a wonderful room and actually slept. The staff tried hard to make right the issue considering they were fully booked. Unfortunately the location isn't great as is far away from the town itself.

Pros: Absolutely loved the location! The bed/bedding was SO comfortable! Excellent service from Janet and the team! Local recommendations that paid off! And the cinnamon scrolls for breakfast were incredible!
Good 6.3
Pros: Our host was very nice, and she baked fresh treats in the morning for breakfast. The rooms were clean and the surrounding area was quiet. It was a convenient spot to access Queenstown.
Cons: I had read some other reviews that talked about parking on the street, however, I didn't realize how this B&B was situated until we arrived. The street it is on is a narrow dead end, up a steep hill. When you arrive, you can park at street level to unload your bags. However, there are two flights of stairs just to get up to the main entrance. We stayed on the second floor, so that was another flight of stairs for us to carry our bags. In addition, when we stayed, the exterior stairs were being renovated, so it was difficult to use them as they were uneven and not finished. Then, we were requested to move our car to the next street over, where there was ample parking. The only problem was there was no room to turn the car around! I realize some of this was due to us being from the US, and unused to driving in NZ, but it really would have been easier to park on the side street from the beginning. It took us nearly twenty minutes to back down the street in the dark, and it was quite stressful. The B&B itself was very small and tight. Bathrooms were shared and were small and strangely designed. Overall, we felt it was quite expensive. Next time, I would just get a hotel in the city.
Okay 4.6
Pros: The view
Cons: Bedroom small Sharing toilet with other 5 rooms The guest has to clean the shower after use The breakfast was very ordinary
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The Embassy B&B has lovely views aside from being such a lovely accommodation. Our host Janet was very helpful . Breakfast was excellent . Its located away from the touristic area of central Queenstown , a midway point between the city center and the airport. I cant mention enough that the view to the lake and the mountains are breathtaking...and we can see it from our room !
Cons: I liked everything...if I could change anything , I would wish that the climb towards the B&B is less steep...But then again, if it were not located there , we would not have amazing views.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was a fantastic place to stay - the views, the service - fantastic
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Super friendly, top value, very clean, great view we loved our stay and the brecky yum yum yummy. we will be back. The bead was big and comfy with plenty of pillows. and a nice desk and super comfy chairs. The place smelt great.
Good 6.3
Pros: Would like to have choice of a cooked breakfast
Cons: Access to property and lack of adequate car parking with little room to turn your vehicle.Very steep pathway and steps to negotiate making it difficult with your baggage.Concerned having to leave vehicle a considerable distance away from the access lane, due to limited parking spaces.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: What a lovely decorated house with stunning lake view. The best breakfast I have ever had. Very close to the downtown just minutes of drive.

Pros: Late check-out, good breakfast.
Cons: Heating and cooling didn’t work Kind bed was just two single beds pushed together Bathroom sink was blocked No parking Bathroom extremely claustrophobic, shower is joint with the bathtub which is tiny Very close to the sidewalk outside. Very loud and distracting Walls very thin, can hear everything from neighbouring guests Hallways had strong odour of paint
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Clean room and buffet breakfast
Cons: Cold rice porridge
Good 7.1
Cons: We asked for a room with a view, although we could see the lake it was was very obscured and the balcony was tiny, had an air conditioning unit on there so we were unable to sit out there. This is not what we expected when we booked a room with a view and a balcony.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The staffs were brilliant! Absolutely Brilliant!! I unexpectedly received a welcome Chocolate Chips by Adrian (In-Training Front Office Agent) and the check-in process was pretty quick. And the service experience would be better if he could make small talk as if with a new friend and smile every time. Also, he informed me exceptionally about the discounted tickets of Water Taxi (10 NZD return), in which it really helped me a lot in exploring Queenstown and I utilised this advantage for 3 times. The room amenities were extraordinarily beyond my expectation! It had a living room there!! And also the lake view was astonishing! All thanks to Antonela Tauro (Reservation Agent), who had offered me with the room upgrade with a quite affordable price (35 NZD/nights only). The location was quite peaceful and far from noisiness. Also, the rate is affordable for budget travellers. Also, the first night I stayed, the hotel did not provide me with complimentary drinking water bottles just like in other properties and I thought this was what DoubleTree serve the guest. However, the following night, after I went back from the City Centre, I was surprised, touched and elated that Sharon Prakash and Veevta (Housekeeping Room Attendants) gave me 2 bottled drinks of water and even (beyond my expectation) 2 chocolates from them! Fantastic! What a WOW Story from them for me! They've done it! Well Done! They've fulfilled my unexpressed wishes! Kudos for them! Finally, the checkout process was quick thanks to the patient Olivia (Front Office Agent) who could single-handedly handle the unexpected sea of guests in the lobby at 11 AM, in which it should be peaceful during this time. Although the lobby was busy, she could still smile and served the guest with calm and patience. Perfect! Once again, overall Well Done DoubleTree! My stay here was memorable and unforgettable!!! Suitable for my family to stay at this property with a limited budget!
Cons: Despite the comfortability and it exceeded my expectations, the location to the City Centre is way too far, yet luckily the Water Taxi really saved my adventure plan. But, once again, comparing staying in the City Centre, it required me to pay my transportation expense perpetually (Water Taxi), if I wanted to visit the City Centre. And also, the price for hiring the Mountain E-bike (?) is way too expensive for me to experience it (over 100 NZD for even half-day) as I am so adventurous to try the E-bike and ride it nearby the hotel, yet only have a limited budget. Finally, the telly channels are limited (No Football (Soccer) channels and other overseas channels, such as DW, Australian Channel, etc.)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location
Good 6.7
Cons: not wheelchair accessible like confirmed in email confirmation. dont advertise things you cant deliver on
Good 7.9
Pros: Clean and spacious rooms
Cons: Two single mattresses were joined with a comforter on top to make it a double which caused a bump in the middle of the bed making it quite uncomfortable. The powerpoint was hidden away behind the headboard making it quite difficult to access. No USB ports by the bedside either. No on-road parking, have to pay $16/day to park inside.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: View
Cons: Nothing much
Good 7.1
Pros: Location and friendly service.
Cons: Scratch marks from luggage against the walls haven’t been cleaned. Appearance matters!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The ferry (and discount) to Queenstown was great! Such an adventure in itself! The parking was awkward but everything else was wonderful. Buffet was fabulous and the variety! The bathroom was huge! I needed a GPS to locate the toilet! (Only kidding). The option of water shower or adjustable shower was surprising. The views and space were fabulous. Loved it! Great start to our ski race journey!
Cons: The parking was not convenient and free parking was too pot luck to count on.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was outside of the heart of Queenstown which was perfect for us. It was quiet and laid back and had a beautiful view of the lake. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were lovely.
Cons: Parking is an issue at this place if you can't get a park on the street you have to pay. I think for the price of the rooms parking should be included. We could also hear the door slamming in the hallway of a night time so if you are a light sleeper I would suggest requesting a room along the corridor that isn't close to these doors. We could also hear the people above us.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel and view (on the lakeside) were beautiful. The room and bed were extremely comfortable and I loved how close it was to the airport!
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: So comfortable and the lady there was so helpful
Good 7.9
Pros: Handy to the airport and loads of parking, nice and quiet from road noise, comfy and warm beds.
Cons: Was double booked through website / App and venue wouldn't cancel one booking, rooms have thin walls and can hear the people next door in there rooms. For this price and venue would have expected better coffee condiments in the room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Heater on so room warm. May have been accidental, but electric blanket on. Absolutely all amenities one could wish for. Very very impressed and the amenities excellent, winter or summer.
Cons: Only one suggestion. In the bathroom, there needs to be a small shelf near basin to put tooth paste, contact lens equipment, men's razor or toilet bag etc. No where to put them, especially as basin is very curved where the soap goes. Doesn't need to be too big, and in our unit,#7, it could be placed under the mirror or to the left of the basin..
Good 6.3
Cons: Only had a Chromecast for TV. Not even freeview was available.
Good 6.7
Pros: Easy to find.
Cons: Tiny room with few facilities. Small fridge and only tea and coffee making facilities. No working TV.
Good 7.9
Pros: -clean room -staff was very helpful -good facilities -was upgraded to a more private room
Cons: -original room was seperated by a thin sliding door to the kitchen of another room where you could hear people and didn't feel very secure.
Okay 5.4
Cons: Very loud due to main road just outside and room was separated from other room by a sliding door which you could still see through the gap.
Good 7.1
Pros: Great location
Cons: The room was very cold and took some time to heat with the high ceilings. We had elderly people with us and the stairs although they could manage was possibly not really suitable for their needs

Pros: Great views
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Bathroom was excellent and room was well equipped
Cons: Information on check in could be better
Mediocre 2.9
Pros: Very hard to find anything likeable.
Cons: Room not cleaned - dirty skirting boards, shower not wiped down from previous occupant, stained towels, only 1 tea bag for 2 ppl for 2 nites.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Good location, and easy to find, there is a bus stop to go out, very convenient to go to other places, the view is also very good.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Brill location between shops in frankton and Queenstown itself
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Very comfortable bed with electric blankets.
Cons: The outside lighting. Was hard to see to unlock the door from the outside.
Good 7.1
Pros: Electric heat sheets in the beds The house cat was great
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The property is quite close to the airport and midway between the airport and the city center. What we particularly liked was the fact that although the room is adjoined to the owner's house, it has a separate entrance (and deck). We also figured on Day 1 that the bus stop is a short walk away from the house (returning can be tedious since it's an uphill walk) but that helped us save a lot of money since we weren't driving around. We would visit the city center daily during our 4 night day and traveled both ways by public transport (bus).
Cons: Nothing! We literally had the place to ourselves with access to all the kitchen amenities so there was nothing to dislike.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Big room and view.
Cons: Couldnt get the heater to work, the bathroom wasnt clean and the house had an odd smell. Reception was weird and the location really requires a car. I also couldn’t get the wifi to work. At $100 a night i was better off staying at a hostel and regret spending so much for a room.
