Pros: The Food and the company of the staff was excellent
Cons: The pool was a bit salty
Pros: Very welcoming hosts. Simple facilities but very clean. The affordable meals were excellent and the included airport transfers efficient. A tour to the Bomana War Cemetery, Nature Park and downtown Port Moresby made for a pleasant and reasonable priced way to see the main sights. Great place to meet other travellers.
Pros: The staff are doing good job in quite a severe environment. I do hope the old, beautiful Rabaul will revive again.
Cons: Hotel's broadband does not work well. Restaurant ran out of fish dishes. Though I should have anticipated those.
Pros: The bed
Cons: the Pool
Pros: Everything else was awesome
Cons: Tv channels were not working. No hotwater
Pros: Friendly staff, good location for the sights. No request too difficult.
Cons: Pool needed a clean
Pros: Good Service Staff Friendly
Pros: The reception was able to efficiently charter a car with a driver for my 1-day tour in Rabaul/Kokopo at a reasonable price despite my short notice, which was great considering my limited time in there. At the reception, there was also a hotel directory which includes all the tourist attractions with locations/descriptions, which greatly contributed to finalizing my day-tour itinerary. Also, there was a Chinese restaurant at the hotel, which was good for my Asian taste such as fried rice, etc.
Cons: Room AC was working properly, but it was hard to change it into warmer setting.
Pros: Good location near buried city. Beautiful building with swimming pool
Cons: Good-natured but completely stupid staff. My flight was delayed - I wrote to them about it, then wrote that I was flying. They received a letter, but it never occurred to them to call the airport and find out the time of arrival. As a result, I flew one night to the airport, where there is no transport and was forced to turn to the security for help. The building is nice, but you need to add frion to the air conditioning in your room for a long time. As a result, it does not cool, but simply blows. The room was very stuffy due to non-cooling air conditioning

Pros: Breakfast was good with a good selection of the menu, and perfect views from the restaurant
Cons: The poached eggs I ordered were not very appealing and the hash browns (maybe get a different type to the one you have)
Pros: The staff in, all areas, were super friendly and helpful. The Bungalows are very good with a real tropical feeling. We enjoyed the fact there was a pool. The highlight of our time was the Dolphin trip it is a must.
Cons: We had to complain for three days before being moved to a suitable bungalow. Our complaint was our accommodation overlooked the septic tank which was being repaired. Workmen congregating under our verandah and a lot of noise. The odour from the septic tank was disgusting. My complaint is about the Manager. On the second day he did say he would move us to a bungalow without a view. But he also said they would be finished work that day. We had paid a good price to get a beach view. By the third day when the workmen returned, I made another complaint to another manager and they finally upgraded us to bungalow with a view. This ordeal took the edge off our stay. I also had my notebook stolen from my bungalow.
Pros: Location and proximity to sea
Cons: We didn't have any bath towels when we checked in. It was over priced for the quality of services and facilities provided. Food wasn't great, insufficient quantity. It didn't have all the favorite dishes like crayfish
Pros: Friendly staff, great food, awesome views
Cons: No entertainment, bar closing by 10.00pm.
Pros: Breakfast service and food was awesome! Staff were professional and friendly. Service was timing and impeccable.
Cons: There wasn't nothing I didn't like because unfortunately my stay was short.
Pros: The resort was clean, comfortable and in a beautiful location. Staff were attentive, friendly and the service was excellent! Absolutely loved it - so relaxing.
Pros: The view at the Restuarant was great. The Restuarant staff were super friendly.
Cons: Outraged that I paid £154 per night for a very basic room, the room smelt funny, the power kept cutting out and the generators would take about 5 minutes before they started working again so trying to watch a film when this happened 5 times was incredibly annoying. The WiFi barely worked the staff told me it’s because of the heavy rain, it rains heavy all the time in png the rain wasn’t a one off so why hasn’t that issue been sorted out? Also when I got given the WiFi code I could only use it on one device which I wasn’t told about so when I used it on my phone then tried to use it on my laptop it didn’t work asking the reception staff for another password was like pulling teeth and they made it clear that they were doing me a favour despite me paying a premium price for the service. The rooms were outdated they had this terrible cream coloured fleece blanket that made my skin crawl. The free breakfast that get with the room consists of 3 types of fruit, 3 types of cereal and bread if you want meat or just the decent part of the breakfast you’ll have to pay for that. Do not go on their trips they are over priced and you can find by googling a better deal. I checked out after 2 nights and found a better hotel 10minutes away with better staff a free airport pick up and drop off service.
Cons: Some staff female are not friendly.. Food not what I expected. Chef made excuses twice for what we wanted. The expat manager on site seem unfriendly.

Pros: View of volcanos
Cons: Some of the cheaper rooms - Garden View - are subject to lots of bird and insect noise. I had room four. Definitely needs to be avoided - chorus from parrots in a cage will wake you every sunrise. These rooms are also very tired. I upgraded to a better pool room, which was much more like it. You need to wear mosquito repellent at ALL times. The one night I was lax, I was bitten many times. It’s an attractive hotel and you have to keep in mind how far you are off the beaten track. Kitchen serves good food but services is very muddled and requires great patience...and basically only three choices for vegetarians (stir fried veg/curried veg/veg pizza).
Pros: Location and services
Cons: Aircondition controller not working. TV remote controller battery flat and not working. Bottle of minerfal water bought at the bar did not taste right.
Cons: Food option is quite limited.
Pros: The lobster there and prawns was awesome
Cons: The bed there was too hard
Pros: Location and staff are fantastic, nothing is ever a drama with them.
Pros: Beautiful location, nice room.
Cons: Food was not good. No towels.

Pros: Enough space for a family with extra bad

Pros: Clean, comfortable, convenient
Pros: Staff were very nice, tried hard but need more training
Cons: Club next door very loud till 3am, air conditioning leaked water on bed and floor. Generally staff need more training
Pros: Free transfer from airport on arrival. Friendly staff.
Cons: That we asked reception on at least 3 occasions to replace or repair items in our room (eg bedside lamp, faulty clock-radio) but nothing was ever done. Lack of any staff service in garden area until after we walked into bar to order something. Extremely loud music from golf club next door which lasted until 2am one evening
Pros: Food, service and the quality
Pros: Very clean
