Pros (+) Came to Ontario to do some light shopping and to get away with my honey. It's centrally located and the staff was very accommodating.
Pros (+) I liked the location close to Victoria Gardens
Cons (-) We got a horrible room that was ADA and put way in the back of the hotel by an elevator and the laundry. When I asked for another room I was told "that's what happens when you book with a 3rd party" and that was the end of the conversation. Room was shabby and noisy with very little light. Don't book here through 3rd party if you want any service.

Also, check in is at 3:00pm and I was made to wait in the lobby until 4:00pm before going up to my room. Also, there is no exhaust vent for the bathroom.
