Pros (+) The pool is just amazing for kids. They have this whole water feature that my daughter loved playing with. It’s really something for an indoor pool!
Cons (-) There was virtually no mask wearing. Most of the staff were not wearing masks and very few guests had them on. But to have your room cleaned you had to request it, and they only took trash and changed towels—no making beds or vacuuming. Therefore it seems like some Covid precautions are being considered but others are ignored (like masking). Feels like having their cake and eating it too.
