Room small, but all up to date. Clean, not noise, was right next to office. Front desk woman, was excellent, very friendly and welcoming... Needed a table in the room and maybe a place to hang things..

Clean and basic - easy for our one night stay before running a 5K in the area. The woman who checked us in was extremely nice, and it was very easy to find. We were in a room on the ground level with people above us. The people above us were traipsing back and forth and maybe even dancing - I can't imagine what else you could be doing that would necessitate that much walking back and forth and heavy footfall at that. And, of course, they were loud voices to go along with it. It would've been no issue at all if we hadn't been directly under these people. I think I'd request to have a standalone room or a room on the 2nd level if I went back.

It was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were not informed that there were not only no hairdryers in the room but none to borrow from the front desk either. Come on guys it's the beach. Some shampoo and cream rinse would have been nice for $179.00 Had I known I would have gladly brought my own. It just never occurred to me that I would need to and I'm really not an inexperienced traveler. You guys really need to step it up in this department.

Location. we were locals staying for a night so we could enjoy the town without driving. Sandcastle was perfect walking distance and was definitely worth it. Great price and met our needs perfectly!

Hotel way nice and spaces. My room was ready half hour before check in. Definitely had an amazing veiw of the beach from our room. The beds were comfy, and the rooms was very clean.its in the perfect location from everything. It's in perfect walking distance of the beach and board walk. Had dinner reservations set up the night we arrived and it was down the street from our room. I love how close it was to everything. They only problems we really had was that the shower didn't drain very well.

This hotel may be a bit outdated and nothing fancy, but it was clean, comfortable and had a lovely staff. Location is great. Enjoyed my brief stay very much!

The owners were incredibly nice and helpful. They were also very flexible given that it was off season. It is two block from the beach, and one block from downtown. Finally the motel room had a larger than normal mini fridge that had a separate freezer and a microwave.

Clean, nicely kept place. I've stayed in a lot of motels over the years and this isn't bad at all. Non smoking rooms means no old smoke smells. Bed was firm yet soft so I slept well. The woman in the office was friendly. Convenient location. Parking is a bit tight but they do have a side parking lot as well as the one in front. Room had a very slight musty/damp smel.

Hotel staff was extra accommodating to our late arrival schedule. They pro-actively contacted us and let us know how to coordinate getting in late at the location. Full kitchen inside each suite. Bedding, although not the newest comforter was clean and fresh. For the price point that they charge per room the location is perfect for a quick stay or place to just rest up. Again the staff were super nice and always pleasant to deal with. I did notice they said they had WiFi but I didn't get a chance to try it out. I think one thing that would immediately improve the look and feel of the room was some new carpet. The carpet in the room was likely fairly old and although I'm sure vacuuming has been done on a regular basis the time and age of it shows.

The dock in the back is beautiful. Amazing view of the bay with yard and seating. The location is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the bay and the beach. 2 block walk to the beach and the bay is right there. Hotel was clean and kitchenette very useful. Staff was very friendly and helpful!! We enjoyed everything about our stay!!
