Location close to our final destination. This is a sprawling property with pools, conference rooms and an atrium. Too bad that the maintenance on the facility has been deferred for so long. Overall impression was that everything was shopworn, and kinda/sorta clean. Our room was a minor disaster with water stained ceilings in the bathroom, NO working fan for ventilation, a faucet so touchy that it gushed if opened too far. Add to this the dirty windows (with one having a large side to side crack), one nightstand and reading lamp for a king size bed, and a hole(no bulb)in the ceiling where a downlight should have been. This place was certainly below par when compared to others under the same brand. Check-in clerk seemed amazed that we could book over the internet, but then tried to give me a non-smoking room (when smoking was checked on the original form) and I ended up giving the same information that was filled out on the Kayak forms online. NOT a good value for the $$.
Bed was comfortable. Easy in and out, both driving and checkin. While the room was adequate and appeared clean, the shower curtain was dirty. Not moldy, but there was conditioner or shampoo on it.
I liked there's things to do inside the hotel I didn't like how the kids got out of the pool over to the jungle gym (I think that's what you call it) their wet. Kids that don't swim gets wet. It's a mess
Newer hotel, seemed clean and well maintained. Location to food, health clubs.
Staff very helpful in a trying situation for us. (Death of our son).
convenient location, staff accommodated my request for a first floor room slightly overpriced for that level of lodging
This was a very nice hotel. The beds were amazing and the staff was also very helpful. The rooms are clean and they also have a pool and fitness center. Overall a great hotel that I would recommend.
Clean room Elderly Lady that checked us in was not friendly at all. She also set up the charge for the room to another guest's credit card. It took us 10 minutes to straighten it out the next morning. The morning desk clerk was very nice and helpful though.

Awesome diner next door

Horrible experience. Staff was not professional and the general manager is not easy to talk to. Worst hotel experience EVER!!!
Reliable quality like all other Hampton Inn's. Pool was clean and cool, no hot tub. Towels had not been cleaned up at 6am, no clean towels were out.
Bedding did not look clean. Hair on the bed.
Everything is clean and well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful without being obsequious and annoying. Beautiful indoor pool, whirlpool and sauna which nobody but us seemed to want to use. Very good price for superior accommodation. Can't think of anything to complain about, and I'm a serious whiner.
Really nice breakfast with lots of variety. And the breakfast room/lobby were very warm, relaxing and cozy for visiting with family.
The staff was super nice! Room was very clean! Breakfast was wonderful! Best booking yet!!
VERY, VERY NICE FACILITY! Staff very friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. Handicapped rooms were furtherest away from the elevator.
Easy access near the highway Pool not functional, hotel seemed understaffed and check took too long. The 5am fire alarm didnt help either

Ideal location off interstate. Basic room, good breakfast. Room was basic.
Good Location. EXTREMELY Musty smell in room. Almost unbearable. Staff was not particularly friendly, but not rude. Not dressed professionally at all. TV channels didn't work.

Very nice. Should be rated 3 stars
Great location and reasonable price, and clean rooms! No
short distance from downtown Cleveland
Located by highway Drive in got lost, signs weren't visible at night. We arrived and parking was limited and far from hotel, long walk in with tired toddler. They didn't have the room I booked with two beds, slept as a family in king.. Light was out in room, and the a.c/heating unit was loud and turned on and off all night. There must have been a kids hockey game because there were hockey kids running all day and night.. Very loud and hard to sleep because they kept waking my toddler. Shampoo smelt like hippies and the light bulb blew and got glass on the floor. The second day they came to change the first broken light bulb and had to changed the whole fixture... While my family sat and watched the over half hour process... The pool and hot tub was filled with rambunctious kids... While their mothers sat and drank beer... The sign clearly stated no kids in hot tub under sixteen... They were young... Like single digits... Rest past eight am was not happening. The walls are paper thin... The staff was nice.. But the stay was not... Disappointing for a crown plaza... Very disappointing
The breakfast that was included was phenomenal.
Rooms were awesome, place is beautiful, staff was friendly and very attentive. Typical hot continental breakfast, reasonable on site restaurant with great food.
The staff were extremely gracious and tried to meet all needs. Not just the front desk staff but everyone we encountered in the hotel. They were a pleasure. The "systems" at the property did not work smoothly. Check in BASED ON RESERVATIONS THROUGH KAYAK did not work. The reservation THROUGH KAYAK was not accepted by the property's computer, despite print outs of the reservation information. It took more than 40 minutes to straighten out. Eventually, we told the staff to just check us in instead of having us stand around in the lobby and when it is straightened out, tell us. Another system that did not work well was room cleanliness -- this should be a 'checklist' task: before a room is logged as cleaned and ready for a new guest, someone should check to see that the towels are clean and all appropriate supplies are present. Something as obvious as a missing box of tissues -- an empty holder is not hard to spot. Then, when a guest asks that it be replaced, there should be a flag on the request with a system to ensure that the task is completed. It was not. The same with the facilities. The exercise room was missing items marked as present, such as clean ear-phones. The exercise bike was broken but not marked as such, suggesting no one on staff knew about it. These are all minor points but this is a facility that should not have these issues. They are minor but also very easy to address.
It was a room with beds. Staff was nice. This is the kind of place that you worry if you locked your car or not. I doubt they enforce their non smoking policy. Bathroom was smaller than an outhouse. I was relieved to leave.
Nothing The room smelled so awful like smoke that I had a migraine the whole time. You truly will get what you pay for here and we will never be back. Everything is old and shotty, and the walls are paper thin, you hear it all!
I thought it was a very good hotel. I didn't have any issues and bed was comfortable and all was clean, I will stay here again if I need to.
Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. The hotel itself is fine. Big rooms but not much in them. Didn't get my Redipoints because I booked through this site. Silly policy.
it was more comfortable than I thought it would be. All in all, I would have stayed again and will in the future, not bad but definitely not a higher end place...but good over all...don't expect the world here. most of the items were outdated, low qaulity and barely useable...all looked rather in need of repair but it is the Red Roof so expect less and be happy!
Instant access to car, convenient location. It was expensive and breakfast is not included!
Nice location. Close to freeway. Big room. No breakfast though except for coffee.
I enjoyed everything about my stay! The bathroom being too small was the only thing I wish I could change!
Great service by front desk person Alyssa. She was the best part of the stay. First floor rooms hve very thin walls. Was able to hear every word of a conversation people were having outside. Air unit in room was VERY loud. Made sleeping difficult
Spacious room bed frig microwave Na
Me and my husband are a young married couple and we spent our 4th anniversary in Ohio at this hotel. Our stay was a great experience it was like a nice studio apartment with a fireplace and private entrance. Variety of free breakfast food was also included. Staff was also very nice. This will be our first choice of hotel stay when we visit again!!!
clean, warm, friendly staff, inviting
We absolutely enjoyed our long holiday weekend stay at Sonesta ES Suites Cleveland Airport! The apartment-style accommodations made it possible to lounge and get comfortable (and not feel the dreaded "cooped up feeling" of being in a hotel room! We were able to cook several meals in the well-equipped kitchen, relax on the sofa, and stream our Netflix on the TV. The staff was exceedingly friendly and went above and beyond to make the most out of our stay. The hotel was in great proximity to wonderful restaurants and it was a quick drive from the airport, downtown Cleveland, and the mall. And the price! WOW! It was by far the most affordable of all the hotels we looked into - by at least $50-100 a night. We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to seek out Sonesta hotels in all cities we travel to!! We stayed in the "West Wing," which was lovely; however, it did not have an ice machine. The rooms have freezers, but you must make your own ice. Fortunately, guest services gave us plenty of ice to last us the long holiday weekend!
The staff was great, the breakfast at Shulas was excellent! Beds were comfortable. When we got to the room I noticed there was garbage in the closet and underneath the vanity in the bathroom.there was also extremely cold air coming in from the heating vent maintenance came fix that up for us and they gave us complementary breakfast and a free movie due to the room being dirty however the water took about 10 minutes to heat up at the sink in the bathroom the shower went from hot to cold and when it got hot it was burning
Very clean and organized. Loved that it had a nice restaurant and room service was available. To many kids the weekend I stayed there. They were noisy and running around all over the place.
It was extremely loud with parties going on in several rooms on the floor. The security guy did his best. Staff was friendly
It was close to the Cleveland Clinic, staff was efficient and courteous. The walls are thin, hot water wasn't plentiful or hot enough.
The staff was the nicest hotel staff I have ever encountered. I had no issues with any part of the experience and the king bed was like being on a cloud. I'm not a breakfast person, however, my girlfriend is. Since their breakfast is $11.50+/person we ended up going to Denny's across the street. Everything else was perfect!
Very relaxed The last time I stayed at the double tree it was very nice I stayed on the 5th floor, the rooms were clean the whole floor was very nice. This time was horrible I stayed on the 3rd floor the wallpaper was peeling the bathroom look dirty. The feel of the whole room vs the room I had before was just so different. I say this to say I'm not sure if the higher up on floors you stay but my first experience was very nice my second time wasn't so nice.
Staying with pets was painless. Definitely would come back. Room had some stains on walls and cosmetic issues. I'm not sure if it's a designated pet room so they don't care as much but weird stains 6 feet off the ground aren't from pets so I'm not sure.
Great Staff, especially the 'breakfast lady'.... we were several families there for a wedding in the area. It was a good place to stay with a nice pool for the grandkids.... : )
THIS LOCATION WAS GREAT WHEN i STAYED THERE 21/2 YEARS AGO BUT NOW THE HOTEL IS FILTHY.DIRTY STICKEY FLOORS, HAIR IN AND ON TUB DRAIN, URINE ON FLOOR AT BACK OF TOILET, SPOTS ALL OVER EVERY CARPET IN ROOMS AND HALLS. THIS HOTEL ACCEPTS DOGS NOW AND IT SHOWS ON THE FILTHY FLOORS EVERYWHERE. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND ON THE $700. PLUS i WASTED ON THIS ROOM. I AM SENDING SEVERAL PICTURES TO LA QUINTA SO THEY SEE WHAT A DISGRACE THIS LOCATION IS TO THEIR NAME.
I liked the fact that it was only $35 to stay a night. we booked through expedia/kayak and booked a smoking room and got a nom smoking. The pictures said there was a jacuzzi tub in the room and there wasn't. They definitely stole the pictures from another hotel. We asked to be moved into a smoking room and they had no rooms available. We didnt want to stay and by then we had already checked in so i knew we were going to have to pay for one night but they didnt want to refund us at all! they wanted us to still pay for the whole visit which was 3 days 3 nights. We spent 3 hours on the phone with expedia/kayak customer service and the first representative didn't want to refund us anything and we had to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor was able to refund us about $180 and give us a discount off the night we stay but we had to check out the next morning. there were no other smoking rooms available at any other hotel around super 8. We had to cut out vacation short. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
This was my second stay at this hotel. I intentionally booked here again because my first experience was a good one. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The hotel is older but well kept. It's close enough to get to Cleveland in a short amount of time and far enough away from the big city hustle and bustle. I liked it all. Good value for the price.
Clean. Nice people. Decent location. Price was good. AC seemed to blow across the bed....
The staff went the extra mile! They were always polite, helpful and professional. The pool and hot tub area was very nice and clean. Unsupervised child was horrible. They were diving, doing backflips any just being down right rude. I understand you will get splashed but I got ambushed! They clearly did not want me in the pool. I went to tell the front desk but they were checking in a team sports team and were swamped.
It was a pleasant stay with friendly staff and a clean room. With a good breakfast, a newspaper and hot coffee I was a happy traveler.
They never refunded my deposit
Beautiful river view every morning at breakfast. Room was a great space with 2 tvs, separation b/w bed & rest of suite. Clean. Courteous staff. Courteous staff with exception of one hostess (Sunday 11/13/16, 10am) at the restaurant who didn't seem to know how to greet me. Not sure what that was about.
The restaurant at the Sheraton, Beau's, was exceptional. The food and service were above expectations, but the highlight was the view! The restaurant is positioned over the Cuyahoga Falls and the it is the most relaxing scene to dine by. Wonderful!
Pets allowed, and they were very friendly about it.
A very enjoyable experience. Room was very clean and all the staff very friendly. Beautiful outside area with the cascading water. Very nice pool. Great room service. Very nice restaurant & lounge. Nothing really.
Loved the small wet bar with a sink and the fact the suite had doors that closed to a separate living room. These two things make traveling with an infant so much easier! Also very good food from the restaurant downstairs. THe surrounding town is quaint and there is plenty of green space to walk your dogs and stretch your own legs after a long travel.
The bed was very comfortable.
The Sheraton at Cuyahoga Falls was great. Rooms are super clean and really well put together. The staff was super friendly. I really like the overall feel of the hotel. Will absolutely be back.
They were very busy, but handled check-in well. Room was well appointed, clean and nice.
Close to the airport Breakfast Buffet Pillows were excellent Downstairs meeting rooms were nice (though I wasn't there for a meeting) Couldn't find my reservation and had to wait 20 minutes for a manager to come down to work on some computer issues. My card was charged twice for the stay The photos for the hotel do not match the actual condition of the hotel. It appears that nothing has been upgraded/refreshed in > 10 years. Pealing wallpaper, missing baseboard molding, musty smells were prevalent in the hallways and in my room. My room had drywall next to the air conditioning unit and the door to the hallway squeaked like it was 200 years old, The room was not cleaned during my two night stay For the money this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at hands down, and I am a frequent business and leisure traveler
Front desk staff was wonderful! Made us feel welcome and important! Shuttle driver to airport was not friendly - not even a good morning! Offered no info or offers of info on how to get to gates - which at an airport under construction would have been helpful!
Liked wyfy. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom. There was a hair in the bath tub.
It's located on a hill with other restaurants and hotels so walking from one to another could be a hindrance to the unfit. However "The Winking Lizard", a well known area restaurant, is directly across from the hotel.
Clean, well kept, excellent value. Would definitely recommend.
King room was clean and very big. The pool and hot tub was clean and indoors. The breakfest bar was good, lots of selection. Very secure and quiet area even though it's right off the freeway. There is a hand full of restaurants in the immediate area, including a 24 hour walmart about a mile away. While most staff was helpful, and nice. Half way through our stay I noticed a $250 charge on my credit card from the hotel, when I brought this to the attention of the manager I was greeted with extreme rudeness and attitude, and was told that we were smoking in the room. Whoa what?! Neither my husband nor I smoke! It took the remainder of our trip and delaying our departure home so they could "inspect" our room for them to finally refund the $250. It truly ruined the remainder of our trip having to fight the hotel Manger to get our money back. Watch out for bogus charges!!! Oh and the bed is extremely firm, I think I would have slept better in my rental car. While it was a nice hotel, I will never stay here again. My advice is: There are many hotels for about the same rate within miles, choose one of those.
We stayed here for one night and really enjoyed it. Everything was remodeled and beautiful. Staff was friendly breakfast was delicious. The bed was a tad on the firm side but lots of pillows and all furniture and fixtures were brand new. Very spacious rooms. I would most definitely stay here again. Bed was a little bit firm. Check in took longer than expected even after I called ahead to confirm reservation and tell staff I was on my way. About 15 min.
The clean room. That the hotel was a little outdated, I stay with Marriott frequently and I feel the professionalism of the staff was non existent. They did not even thank me for my stay upon checkout.
I loved the bed and the room was the perfect temperature. It was quite. Perfect for anyone that just needed a place to sleep and are much more active than we were. Their is no room service that we found. The sink being outside the bathroom was weird. The restaurants nearby closed pretty early leaving fast food as the only other option.
Fast. Clean and quiet
It was extremely quiet and PC availabilty to print out boarding pass no complaints
Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Attractively decorated room. Very clean. Nice details, such as bedspread and pillows. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which was kept clean and freshly stocked.
Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean. Breakfast options were good, waffles were great!
The room was comfortable & the suite was a nice bonus with the additional space. Everything I expected was in the room.
WiFi worked. Able to print boarding pass at computer and printer in lobby. When booking the room, I was offered the choice to request a "quiet room," but was given the complete opposite. Was able to get 3 hours of sleep at most. Cannot even begin to tell you where all of the noise was coming from except definitely from the "vending" area across the hall, but it was constant. By 3am there was so much noise I gave up on sleeping despite having to leave by 7:30am for a meeting with a client. If you want to get more than 2-3 hours of sleep, do NOT accept room #104 (or any of the rooms on that side of the first / ground floor). And I never even received an invoice under my door in the morning, plus, on check in, my address was completely wrong - listed as a State 1,000 miles away from my work address that I provided when booking.
Great breakfast, comfortable common area, outstanding evening snacks with white wine. Would not give loyalty points because I booked through Kayak. I was still loyal, as I could have gone somewhere else. Their management team did so many things well, but missed on this.
Great location. Close to restaurants, groceries. Great health food store close by. Difficult to get to turn when exit from 77 south.
Clean spacious room. Very nice staff Reserved thru Kayak & getaroom.com. The motel had no record of my reservation. Ended up having to pay again and am trying to get a refund from getaroom.
Staff were very nice and attended to all needs very quickly. Breakfast buffet was very satisfying. Cleanliness was impeccable. Rooms were spacious. Price was right. I am totally satisfied. The physical features of some of the units could use some TLC, but that's a very MINOR issue.
Location Ball court by room.
Friendly helpful staff. Convenient location. Amenities. Value.
