A “Meh” hotel for more money than it’s worth.
The shower leaked bad. The only thing “fancy” was coffee stirrers. For $200 a night, the “vip lounge” breakfast should be free. Oh wait, the break fast was lame. Also, the lounge is on the 7th floor, so if you are on the 6th floor, you have to insert your room key card into the elevator to gain access, but by the time the key card works and you push “7”, the elevator goes all the way down to the first floor to get people. Don’t stay here. A $90 Comfort Inn is WAY better. Actually, sleeping in your car is better. My stay was a total of 4 hours, and I was disgusted at the quality.
I liked the simple neatness of the room as well as the ease of checking in. There were no problems going through a third party. It's a little out of the way from downtown, but I knew that ahead of time. Soft towels and a comfortable bed.
The room was fairly clean. Could hear any noice outside in the halls, but I supose that's just a hotel.

We stayat the Richmond Westin a few times a year. Always great staff, always comfortable beds, always super clean and welcoming. Great food...love the starbucks coffee in the lobby . Just a perfect Westin!
Nice but pricey
The Westin is nice, clean and I like the location. A bit pricey for what we got. Staff was super nice.
Our room was directly under the Executive Club and noisy as hell. We were kept awake too late and awoken before 6am the next day. Ugh.
