Pros: Location. Staff very friendly and helpful nice clean rooms The beachside location etc
Cons: The only problem for me personally was being english we do love our cup of tea in the morning and there was no kettle in the room
6.0 Good
Pros: Good location, nice walk along paseo to many bars and restaurants. Little dated and run down, but clean, pleasant staff and fine for what we paid. Nice coffee from the hotels little bar overlooking the sea.
Cons: Think they could do a reduction for singles, we took a group of friends - three singles and they had to pay same as couples. Think out of season it would be good customer service to make their stay a little cheaper,
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and price.
Cons: Nothing- it was all good
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location was great, right on the beach and short walk to a bunch of restaurants and shops. Staff was friendly, check-in and check-out were smooth and fast. Room had a balcony.
Cons: The whole hotel felt a bit old and rundown.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely quiet hotel right next to the beach .staff were friendly and although some spoke very little english never caused a problem. Room was basic but clean and bed was very comfortable. This hotel is ideal for couples looking for quiet break or older singles who want sun beach and quiet time .100 yards along promenade to great food and drink at very reasonable prices. Ask for a room on sea front with balcony it's worth the few extra euro for the view .area felt very safe

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed in this hotel five times. The best thing is the very good value breakfast. Love sitting on the roof terrace.
Cons: Maybe needs a redecoration in the rooms. A safe in the bedroom would have been most useful.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. The place was spotless. Good value for the money. Breakfast was okay, typical European continental breakfast. But for 4.50 Euros, you can't complain. Its self serve, all you can eat. Lots of places to get fresh produce and sundry items. A couple of pharmacies close by.
Cons: This was extremely close to the beach, but it was not beachfront as advertised. Not much to eat in the way of good restaurants. You really need to drive to Malaga.
8.0 Excellent

Cons: Bar closed to early, No English speaking TV channels ,
7.0 Good
Pros: It was good value for money. Excellent location so close to the beach.
Cons: Shower was a little difficult to maintain correct temperature. Toilet noisey at night as water was constantly running into it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff went above and beyond to help us. Our room had a balcony overlooking the main street and was very spacious and comfortable. The location was very convenient for travelling to Malaga Centro and further east along the coast.
Cons: Unable to think of anything.

Overview Reviews
Located in Rincon de la Victoria, Torre de la Victoria Guest House is within a 5-minute drive of Playa de Rincón de la Victoria and Playa Victoria.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Very basic.
Cons: The receptionist was absent and nobody answered the phone. If you leave the reception for an hour, I would leave a relative message and your mobile phone.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: When I arrived I found out that although all their rooms were full, the website had still accepted my booking. Instead of simply canceling my stay or notifying me, they had prepared a makeshift room for me in a private room in the house. I was going to be in a dorm room so this was actually an upgrade but I could see the host felt very bad about it not being what I expected. Later, when other guests didn't show up for their booking. They moved me to that (nicer) room free of charge. I could tell the host takes pride in running the hostel and welcoming his guests and that's makes a good stay in my books! :)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable. Was a perfect choice for a late arrival close to Malaga and start of Andalusia trip. Easy to find parking near the house. Perfect value for money.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The host was nice, their communication prior arrival very caring and the place has a familiar feeling to it.
Cons: The location is quite high, you have to go up a hill, hope you have a good physical condition when going up! =p
4.6 Okay
Cons: All of the beds were in a very poor condition. I could feel the wired through the mattress. I was wakened by noise in the next room although I was told that I was the only guest. I got a bad vibe from the place.
Overview
With a stay at Bed and Breakfast At Home in Malaga in Rincon de la Victoria, you'll be within a 10-minute walk of Playa Victoria and Playa Torre de Benagalbón.
6.4 Good
Pros: the surroundings
Cons: wanted more choice on the menu and the bathroom was abit smelley
4.8 Okay
Pros: It's peaceful, it's beautiful too, but it needs touching up and fixing up.
Cons: Breakfast was very simple, even coffee was instant from a packet. Why? Because the perculator was broken. Want to have lunch or dinner, you need to mention so in advance, even though they can't inform you what the menu will be nor the price.
6.4 Good
Pros: Nice & peaceful location. Friendly staff. Good facilities in general for the price. Not difficult to find as stated by some of the other guests. The menu even though limited in choice consisted of excellent food. We read some comments by former guest that meals were expensive. Our view is different, as EUR 20 for a 3 course meal per person is, we believe, cheap! We will certainly return!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic room. Beautiful property and grounds. A great alternative for those who want/need to be close to Malaga but don´t want to stay in the city. Also a great alternative for those wanting a more tranquil experience.
Cons: Breakfast was average. For the class of hotel, I would have expected a more special breakfast.
6.8 Good
Pros: We liked very much the whole set-up of the place, the atmosphere, the size of the room and the bathroom, the whole furniture, the pool etc.
Cons: Dinners were not enough varied and too expensive.
7.2 Good
Pros: Hospitality of employees
Cons:
6.0 Good
Pros: The quietness, the ambience
Cons: Finding the hotel

Pros: Location was great but not easy to acces because of all the road works. Google brought us there....
Cons: It's very big formula hotel.......l. It's a matter of taste ....
10.0 Excellent
Pros: lovely breakfast
Cons: check out was difficult, they wanted me to pay again and await a refund due to a payment not yet having gone through the system. I refused.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The location was close to the main plaza without being IN the plaza and excitement.
Cons: Our King bed was really two singles, and the bedding was tucked in so tight we couldn’t make it like a king with only one cover.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hairdryer could have been better. I asked for a room with a bath but had to wait ages for a room to be provided.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic breakfast.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast Location
Cons: It was not as clean as expected. I had important things in the room and placed the sign for the cleaners not to get in, and when I came back to the room, I found one of the cleaners trying to get in. I ordered a double bed and found two single beds, which of course I could not use. A very expensive room in low season which did not meet the minimal expectations. I asked them to link my NH rewards card to my booking and they said they did, but they actually didn't. I would not trust this hotel again.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was really good
9.6 Excellent
Pros: One of the best hotels I ever stayed in. I highy recommend this hotel.

A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available on request), and free self parking is available onsite.
6.3 Good
Pros: Clean and bright
Cons: It’s a comfortable room and decent bed. You have to be a contortionist to sit in the bath and squeeze the bath gel nailed to the wall. Had to stand up every time I needed soap, as I needed both hands to squeeze the bottle it was so stiff and too high on the wall. Bring your own free standing toiletries or shower. The other side of the bedroom wall (room 230) is the bar which must the only one in the area as it was busy, and right outside the bedroom window, the bar patio with people partying until early hours. Paper thin walls as well. We’d booked for 2 nights but ended up staying only one.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Surprisingly lovely! Seemed to be quite industrial around but the hotel was like an oasis. We arrived about 8.40 and had an excellent meal. Breakfast also very good. Room spacious and clean . Bed comfortable and good shower. Staff lovely.
Cons: Our room was next to the hotel toilets and they were used in the night and I’m a light sleeper
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The castle feel, the big bath, the courtyard area with the fountain, excellent staff.
Cons: Not as close to the airport as we thought, but non the less a lovely little gem of a hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and an unusual castle themed exterior. Sadly due to the corona virus the bar, pool and restaurant were close. It was being run on skeleton staff who were helpful and polite, given the very unusual circumstances.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff very nice, good buffé with fresh orange juice, the hotel itself with the very enjoyable garden, nice large room. A good stop after/before flying
Cons: Almost no hangers in the room, smelly surroundings

The hotel has direct access to the AVE high speed train station, making it one of the best Malaga hotels close to María Zambrano station. Pros: Location excellent- located right next door to train station where you can take train to Malaga airport only 3 stops away for under 3 euro, there is also a shopping mall there. The sightseeing bus departs from very close to the front of the hotel. Rooms clean, bathrooms very clean but getting a little tired. Breakfast was superb. Staff very helpful and friendly.
7.0 Good
Pros: Beautiful hotel
Cons: We were there during the lockdown. No information given to us regarding any rules in place by the Spanish government and police. Some guidance, a letter through the door In the morning etc would have helped but nothing at all. We left a day early and at checkout they told us police are advising all people to get to the airport, I’m sure if we didn’t ask we would not have been informed. Inform your guests of the rules they have to follow!!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location for sightseeing or start travelling thru andalusia. Train station, bus terminals and car rentals at the Maria Zambrano Station. Harbour, Cathedral and Alcazaba in walking distance.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is fantastic if you have never been to Málaga before. The hotel is attached onto the Málaga-María Zambrano station meaning you can hop on the train from the airport and arrive at your hotel in no time! The hotel itself is stunning and all members of staff we encountered during our trip were outstanding and ALWAYS helpful. A member of staff even surprised me with gifts as it was my birthday during the stay which was incredibly thoughtful. There was lots to do nearby from shopping to awesome local restaurants and easy-to-rent scooters! Málaga Centro can be found 5-10 mins drive away. We used Uber for most of our stay and it was pretty cheap. I cannot thank the staff enough for the wonderful job they did during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and intend to return again shortly! Hasta pronto Barceló!
Cons: Absolutely nothing, everything was amazing!!

Pros: Hotel itself was not bad, it was clean, willing receptionist, basic breakfast ...ok.
Cons: Do not be fooled by "at the airport"! No! You have to walk at least 2 km across the busy roads, tunnels and bridges to get to the hotel. We met some homeless and dirty parts of the area. It was dangerous, and we thought it would not be problem to walk such a short distance with suitcase. Take taxi for your safety if you need to use this hotel.

Pros: Great beach front location. Spacious room, even though we were in an economy room. Excellent breakfast with wide variety of food.
Cons: Very slow check in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location
4.0 Okay
Pros: The resort is beautifully set up for summer with the most spectacular lagoon pools... but unfortunately, even though I'd checked the websites and couldn't see anything suggesting that the pools would be closed, they were. The indoor pool was open but it was quite small and not really for relxing in (no shallow area for young kids). The worst part was that the playground was a) fenced off, and b) closed for almost the whole day! They had people working at heights on the building next to it, so they closed the whole area except from about 4-6pm. So, we were left with almost nothing AT the resort to do. The one saving grace was that they had a good music/dancing show on Friday night which meant we didn't get the kids to bed until about 11pm (eek!) but it was probably the most memorable night of the holidays for them.
Cons: I guess we had bad luck with the playground and the pools (though I had sent them a msg via booking.com to confirm re: the pools before booking, but they never responded to my message so I took a punt since I couldn't see anything saying that they would be closed for our dates). Maybe I stuffed it up... but worth checking with them directly and making sure you get a response!

The shower leaked on the floor. a cockroach appeared from the bathroom woodwork. There was constant noise from diningroom coolers at night. Pros: Clean and staff polite. Very nice and discreet cleaners. Good parking
Cons: Bed very uncomfortable. Too hard . Split singles when we asked for double.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Roof terrace with pool, and lovely views.
Cons: The view from our room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The size of the room and it had two lovely comfortable chairs.
Cons: The jacuzzi in the room did not work. It needs some tlc in the bathroom. Couldn't open the windows. The spa and the swimming pool where closed.
4.2 Okay
Cons: The hotel is unacceptable. I forgot my European identity and for a week they didn't call me and they had all the information. I realized that I didn't have it when I needed to travel from Almeria to Athens (Greece). I could not travel. And I paid 300 € for a new ticket. I traveled with suitcases from Almeria to Malaga (there is the hotel) to get my ID, without it I could not travel. His employee was talking and just looking at me. He did not know if a customer had forgotten his identity. Eventually, she found it and when I made a complaint she simply told me "it was here." I blame myself for forgetting my identity but mistakes are made. Couldn't those who had all my information call me? It is an important document, especially for tourists. Unacceptable. Also, I talked to booking customer service to ask about the regulations and they told me: "they should have notified me from first day"
5.8 Okay
Pros: All we like about this hotel was Staff. People are definitely making this place to don’t end up to be a disaster! But that’s all what we like..
Cons: Starting from things like blood on the wall of our bathroom, you pay for breakfast €8 but you get dry piece of bun and 2 hams to choose (from which one is eatable), cheese and mozzarella. We were lucky to have SPANISH group so for ONE DAY we had a hot breakfast and loads LOADS of stuff. This was just for one day.. after that we were left just with butter, bread, ham and mozzarella. Nothing hot! No scrumble eggs or sausages or even a VEGETABLES! If I would be a vegan or vegetarian I would die in the morning! They promise you to access facilities- instead of that you get a room on 5th level (the only room with balcony) with drill over your head at 8am I the morning. Definitely NOT A PLACE TO STAY.Next time we will definitely get just an apartment outside of hotel as it saves your money and DISAPPOINTMENT. Last year we went to 3 star hotel and we had better time and access to facilities then this. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN TERMS OF HOTEL. THIS IS SERVICE OF 2 STARS NOT 4!

Cons: Food could be of a higher quality.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location. Friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: Free wifi in lobby was so slow I was not even tempted to pay to use it in my room. After long layovers better arriving, all I wanted was to soak in a hot bath. Hotel has showers in rooms. Food varies from excellent to British.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Close proximity to centre. Staff friendly and very, very helpful. Can't praise them enough.
Cons: Getting caught up in the corona virus situation. Not the hotels fault.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location, hotel and staff were excellent
Cons: Unfortunately we arrived just before the hotel/Spain went into lockdown due to the coronavirus. The hotel and staff were excellent but our overall stay was not as we were confined to our room till we went home. Hopefully when the country gets back to normal we will be able to return for a proper holiday.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The location was very good... close to metro train station and shopping area. Staff was helpful. Buffet style dining was good.
Cons: The bed, while very much appreciated king size, the mattress could have been a little thicker and softer and the pillows a little more fluffier.

Pros: Stayed here several times and cannot fault the hotel for location, cleanliness and staff. We love it here.

9.0 Excellent

Pros: Ideally suited for beach, good secure parking availability (4 spaces), pleasant staff,
Cons: Bar closed to early, No English speaking TV channels ,
7.0 Good
Pros: It was good value for money. Excellent location so close to the beach.
Cons: Shower was a little difficult to maintain correct temperature. Toilet noisey at night as water was constantly running into it.

Cons: Unable to think of anything.
