Cons (-) I’m disappointed to see a world wide known hotel with a really bad organisation.. I understand the occupancy was high but this is not an excuse.. service was bad, housekeeping was done inappropriate and much more other things. I chose to stay here to have a quality stay, it wasn’t unfortunately.

Cons (-) Service was not like a 5 stars hotel . Beach was little bit far from my room even I pay more to stay front the sea Room service food was good but not delicious I stayed more than 10 min to check out I was only the one at resciption
