I traveled with my family where we booked three rooms. Even as a Bonvoy Gold member, I was given rooms in lower floor without a view at all.Furthermore, I was promised an upgrade as a gold Bonvoy, which I never got. Bottomline, the hotel was nice. However, the treatment was not as expected from a Ritz Carlton hotel.
