Pros (+) Incredible service - very friendly and accommodating. A complimentary welcome glass of champagne to celebrate my wife’s birthday was a nice touch.

Cons (-) Always bothers me when nice hotels nickel and dime you on snacks and drinks in the room. If you’re going to have free drinks and snacks in the lobby, why charge exorbitant prices for the “honor bar” in the room?

Cons (-) The service this trip was underwhelming. Few encounters with rude staff. The check in process was inefficient, rooms weren’t ready for hours after normal check in time and no call or notification when they were ready. Also, hair in the bathroom from previous guests.
