Pros (+) Room was disgusting. Bed wasn’t even made. Tow nail clippings found on floor. Stains in the carpet. Smell was unbearable.

Cons (-) Was unable to earn Hilton Points due to booking on Kayak. I have been a loyal Hilton customer for over 18 years and was even a Diamond VIP member for several years. I always search out a Hilton property whenever and wherever I travel. That being said, I will look elsewhere based on price and value if there is no benefit for staying loyal to Hilton regardless of how my reservation was booked.
