Hotel was very clean and the staff were professional. We also enjoyed the free breakfast buffet. We had a room next to the elevator and did not have any proble with noise from it. There were many families there during our stay and only had minimal hallway noise and only during the day never at night. The only drawback is that there is no fan in the bathroom so the air doesn't circulate and it stays humid after using the shower.
Clean, modern rooms with plenty of space and generous sized bathroom. Bed was comfortable and had a variety of pillows from firm to soft. Not enough parking had to park in the hotel next door's parking lot. Could use more tables and seating for breakfast. Utensils left a bit to be desired.
Breakfast was excellent
This was our first time staying at a Fairfield and we only stayed because I got such a great rate through Kayak. We enjoyed everything about our stay. The room was large and clean. The breakfast selection was very good and the eating area was large. I had one small issue about the music playing through the sound system at the same time the TV was on. I spoke to the front desk and it was immediately addressed in a very pleasant way. Also its proximity to 75 made it very easy to find. I would stay again if I got as good a price break! Since I am really only looking for a clean place to sleep, I would not pay your standard rates!
Very little noise in the hallways and nearby rooms. Complimentary breakfast. Room was spacious and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only small critique I have is that the complimentary breakfast didn't provide many options for one who prefers to eat a protein-heavy, carb-light breakfast. Aside from scrambled eggs, almost every other option fell into the bread or sugar category.
This is a very nice hotel. It was very clean, the staff was very nice and the continental breakfast even had gluten free options which was a very big deal for me! It was just a tad bit outdated but still very clean.
Price This place is in poor shape and bug infested. The cable doesn't work well. The wifi is pathetic. The beds are hard. The floor is uneven and a trip hazard. Avoid this place if at all possible.
They will over charge you. Don't pay attention to the price you book it at. Expect them to charge you more without any reason.
This is the worst motel we have ever stayed at...not clean, did not have spare toilet paper, no kleenex in tissue holder...beds worn out..shower needed cleaning...overall it has turned me away from staying at any Super 8 motel again..and we were Super 8 card holders.....
Wonderful stay. Accomodations were delightful. Will stay again.
We stayed at this hotel b/c of the great price. The front desk staff was friendly, however the room was dirty. The carpet was so nasty that after only 5 minutes of being in the room, our feet / socks were black from the grime. We were very unhappy since we were traveling with a toddler and we had to try to keep him off the floor. Had to scrub the tub before we could give our child a bath. Also there is very limited parking and we had trouble finding a place to park.
Decent for what I paid, but staff was rude and unhelpful.
i stayed here twice so far had no problems had a great time getting ready to go back there again nice peaceful stay there every time
The hotel is located very close to Chattanooga, TN and some of the great scenic areas around the city (Ruby Falls and Rock City). The room was a descent size and very clean. The staff was also very helpful and nice. There were a few issues with the room...the hotel is next to a bowling alley or skating rink and there were a lot of kids in the area. I was somewhat fearful that my car would be vandalized or damaged but all was alright. Another issue I faced was a half naked, drunk patron outside the room that kept moaning. I called the hotel staff and they were extremely helpful in contacting the police.
Our reservation was for a non-smoking room and we were given a smoking room with no option to change. We couldn't sleep due to the smell and we took it with us into the car.
We didn't expect too much for the price - but was very pleased. Clean, well maintained and freindly. Breakfase and free internet. Very good Mexican restaurant just down the street! Great!
Be careful if you are approaching this hotel from I-24 (from the north), it is sitting in a curve and you will completely miss the entrance if you don't exactly where you are going. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk was nice and was aware that I had several family members staying there, and gave me the room numbers of all of them. Upon checking into the room, we found that the housekeeping staff had overused some type of air freshner, and the room was almost sickening from the sweet smell. The room was nice, clean, and of the average size with two queen beds. Front desk clerk will call and check if everything is fine about 5 minutes after you check-in. Our microwave did not work, and would sound an alert every minute, but we just unplugged it. The bathroom is on the small side and you just about had to stand in the tub to close the door. The pillows were thin, but one could compensate by folding the pillow over. Parking was just outside the door, and filled up quickly. Pool is really small, and is between the hotel and busy Lafayette Road, so if you are afraid of being seen in your swim suit, you will probably not visit the pool. We had no problems with the location and location was a main reason we chose this property, but it could be hard to exit the property and go north towards Chattanooga during the morning and afternoon rush hour. If you are traveling to Battlefield Parkway, south, or to Chickamauga Battlefield National Military Park, location is not a problem. Breakfast was a average continental variety. Front desk during checkout was quick and added some humor to the morning. I would certianly stay again.
Clean. No smells. Great air. Reasonable beds. Fridge and microwave really nice people. Breakfast simple but nice. We will go again if we go to Chattanooga
Cheap rate for the hotel however next time I will book at a hotel with indoor pool.
nice clean hotel, friendly staff
Easy access right off highway Seems to be undergoing renovations, staff was not very friendly, breakfast was terrible, half of third floor was smoking rooms, so we could smell smoke
Was the worst hotel I ever stayed at! Everything. Dirty. Rude employees.

It was the quietest hotel I was ever in. Beds were very comfortable. The elevator was the only thing that was in need of a little bit of work.
Clean, have bed selection so you know what you are getting. Courteous staff. Good breakfast. Sheets seemed to be wet, they were not crisp, they were 'soggy'. Room have recently been painted and was not aired out. Very strong smell.
Staff Not being able to get inside the hotel expect thru main entrance. There were several exits but you couldn't get in with your room key. We had to park in the back and had to walk all the way around the building to get in.

Good location, very clean, new upgraded bathrooms are the best. Surprised that an almost new motel was torn apart for upgrades.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was super!Internet access was important for me, and it was good. Toilet in our unit was slow...had to be plunged.
Location and rooms are very clean. Due to the construction in the hotel, the area for the breakfast was small
Ease of check in and the room was nice. No.
The area was very quite which afforded a good night's sleep. Direct TV in the room was nice, The Breakfast was awesome. The staff was awesome and very helpful. Our room had a concrete barrier outside our window that was very dirty. It could use a good cleaning. It would have been nice to look outside and see trees, etc rather than a concrete barrier.

the people that work there are great , location , rooms ,etc will use them again!!!!! are stay was great and we will use them again !!!
It is privately owned, 9 years old facility which demonstrated pride of ownership. It has approximately 30 rooms. It was quiet, clean, neat and was manned by attentive and helpful staff. Offered an adequate breakfast to boot. The room was above average.
Bed was nice and firm. For Breakfast, would have liked to seen some scrambled eggs and sausage and or bacon. Room had office type chair only, with two people it would have been nice to have had an easy chair to sit on instead of bed while reading paper or watching TV.
The price for the room and it was very quiet for a hotel.
Clean room, everything in order, helpful staff. Old style TV (not flat screen).
Simple and clean basic hotel
I have been a guest at this hotel many many times as I would use this as the half way point between South Florida and Wisconsin. I always had a good stay...even though the pool NEVER as far back as I can remember was open to swim in..it was always dirty. I drove all afternoon and night from Boynton Beach Fl Arrived with no sleep at about 9:30am The lot only had 5 cars in it so rooms were plentiful. I was told by the woman behind the desk check in time was 3pm wouldnt let me in.I never stay here again
Night staff was great!!
I liked the cost per night for my stay at this hotel. I wish they had a better selection for the breakfast.
Clean and quiet room Breakfast was very light
The staff was friendly The bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way, there wasn't any light bulbs in the lamps. You couldn't see out of the peep hole and the head board kept falling down. There was a tv channel guide.
It was cheap and located near where we needed to be in Lafayette and saved us driving from Dalton or even Chattanooga. Room was clean and staff was nice. Always nice to stay in a non smoking room that doesn't smell of smoke. Bed was a little stiff that's about the only complaint.
Friendly Staff, hot breakfast, clean room, updated decor, easy parking. quick of highway Didn't get pull out couch in our room that was included in the description, needed extra sleeping space for add'l people.
The staff was friendly, the room and facilities were clean, and the atmosphere was nice. I was very happy with the location to Chatanooga and the parking was great. Would defiantly recommend this place for anyone needing accommodations for a night
Very well maintained. I've stayed at hotels that cost hundreds of $$ more that were not this nice. Breakfast buffet was well stocked. Friendly staff. Easy on/off the freeway. Great price from Kayak! Didn't like that I could only stay there one night.
Very happy with staff and hotel. Nice location for us, didn't want to stay in heart of Chattanooga with the traffic. Blake at front desk was extremely nice and helpful when Kayak mixed up our reservation. Thanks for a very nice stay and we would definitely stay here again.
Location very close to I-75; well appointed room. We arrived around 7 PM, on a cold evening. Temperature in the room was about 60 degrees, and the room heater took a couple of hours to get the room to a comfortable temperature. No excuse for this - I would have expected hotel staff to recognize that the room was booked, and to have the room properly heated when we arrived. Also - although the hotel looked to have a couple of hundred rooms, it appeared (from cars in the parking lot) that they had less than 10 rooms occupied. We were in a room at the furthest end of a bottom floor, about as far as possible from the lobby and front desk; felt very isolated and a bit spooky. Do not think that we'll return.
Clean, convenient, friendly staff. Pool available. Good breakfast bar. Room smelled musty because the carpet was wet from dripping air conditioner. Humidity in room was high. Bed and pillows lumpy.
The man running breakfast kept that food stocked well with a huge crowd.
Location. Floors needed cleaned badly! Housekeeping did not restock towels.
Not many guests, so plenty parking. 'Free breakfast' a joke; ate elsewhere. Stained room carpet. Twice had to phone hotel to locate desk clerk, while standing at front desk. Wife has asthma; got non-smoking room, but adjoined a room full of smokers; changed rooms after arguing w/ clerk.
Not a thing did I not like
Paul at the front desk is the biggest asset to this hotel. He is horribly overworked and obviously under appreciated but with us he was amazing! He seems to be the ONLY one concerned about this place. Sheets, toilet and sink clean. Cigarette smell, musty, damp feeling carpet, dirty a/c filter that made us congested. black mold on shower ceiling. NO attention to cleaning details. Run down, unclean and shabby. A real missed opportunity for the owner for simple fixes! BAD housekeeping
Very convenient and inexpensive. Nope, I just needed a place to sleep.
Location The cleanliness of the room
The beds were comfortable. There was trash in our room that housekeeping had missed.
