Help change towels every day. The staff was really helpful, and the place was really near the Metro and the Vatican with a cafeteria next door. Close bus station. Private room. Cheap. Good stuffs. It was great. Couldn't manage breakfast as I had early plans so was left some snacks after housekeeping and it was highly appreciated. Fantastic location for traveling into the city, there was a bus stop right outside. It was also only a 20-minute walk downhill to the Vatican City and restaurants. Every room had its own bathroom. Clean, friendly, good location for the bus stop right outside. The breakfast was coffee and cake. The staff were very friendly. Late check-in penalty. Wifi signal was terrible. The breakfast was disappointing. No international channels in TV and USB input doesn't work. The room facing the street is noisy with cars passing by. Very bad bed. Cold room. Bad WiFi location, so it doesn’t connect in my room. It would have been better if we had a kettle in the room so we could make our own drinks as had to wait for breakfast for a tea or coffee. I didn't like the late check-in fee especially as it was out of our control and no one was physically there to check us in, it was all done remotely. Kitchen needs some updating. People were smoking in the breakfast room. Ridiculous extra charge for key box (50 € after 10 pm) !!!! For putting key in box, for already paid room … Dirty walls Exposed electric wires Building located in busy junction, was very noisy Iron/ kettle not permitted for security reasons Broken toilet seat (replaced after complaint) No access to air conditioning, although it was in the offer. We got there at 12 pm. They told us the room would be ready by 2 pm. We came back and had to wait another 50 minutes! Not good. The only thing good about breakfast was the hot beverage that one of the staff would make (coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, etc). The rest were undesirable - all prepackaged food like small toasted bread, not so good pastry and cookie. They could have at least offered fresh bread for people to toast and cereals with milk. They had cornflakes but only 1 bowl per table to mix with yogurt. Obviously, they are skimping on these items and less work for the staff. At least, they can claim they offer "breakfast" in their B&B. It’s the communication about direction. Since I booked this thru Booking.com, it’s always you have to go to their site before you could communicate with the AirBnB. It is very hard, we got lost 3x since we took public transport then after we found your place it really near everything. I wish the communication will be easy direct to the owner instead of going thru Booking.com which is very hard. On our other BnB, we used AirBnB app and it’s very easy to talk to the owner. Terrible place and staff! Very noisy till 2 am. Bed is very hard and not enough towel. The staff not available at all. Wifi signal was very low. There’s also an extra 20€ service fee for the late check-in (after 6 pm). Although, it’s not a big disadvantage considering the low cost of the hotel. Beds were so uncomfortable and hard. Mattresses were paper thin. Pillows were not good. Internet did not work all the time, barely had internet the whole time we were there. The shower was broken in room 1 and I advised them it was broken and they said they would fix the next day but didn’t. The noise from the street is so loud. Also, there was so much noise from the next apartment that we couldn’t sleep. The people in that room had children and they were up at all hours. The walls are paper thin.
