Pros (+) Great area walking distance to everything.
Cons (-) Our air conditioning was not functioning well and multiple attempts at getting someone to repair were unsuccessful. No one ever looked over the unit or responded to our requests. Will be quite warm in the summer months. Sewage smell from the shower drain required leaving the bathroom door shut at all times.
