Pros (+) Location was good for the airport
Cons (-) 2 reasons I booked: 'Family Room' for my wife myself and our two children, and the airport shuttle...Family Room was a joke; one bed and a cot for the 4 of us. Airport shuttle didn't run until 8am...which for many travelers is not sufficient. Pool closed at 4pm on a Saturday for a private function?!
Pros (+) Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Made us feel like special guests even with two large conventions on the property
Cons (-) They have a tub an sink in one bathroom and a shower WC with sink in another the shower stall on this one is small and a bit uncomfortable, other widse que room is ok, I would prefer hard floor than rug in the room.
Pros (+) Hotel itself is very nice inside from the lobby to the restaurant and rooms. Staff is accommodating as they can be.
Cons (-) The property nickel and dimes you for everything! No vending machines so everything must be bought from the bar. Shuttle schedules are not super convenient and you pay for each one you go on, which is essential because they property is not close to the city.
