This B&B is the best! It's in a quiet neighborhood which is nevertheless close to 'downtown', and the owners will go the extra mile to help you with directions, recommendations of what to see and where to eat, etc. The breakfast is terrific, and our room was large and beautiful, with a fantastic bathroom to boot. This place was no more expensive than most, and far better quality. Highly recommended!
Pros: We liked everything! Great owners (helpful with everything, and very friendly), great room, excellent breakfast, you name it! It was definitely the best place we stayed, and no more expensive.
It locate quiet place. But within 10 miniatures by car, you can arrive at downtown. With a little additional cost, you can get double queen size bet and jag-gee at down stair room. When you get in this house, you will be asked to take your shoes off. I recommend you to use slipper. In the morning, you will get 3 star class Breakfast. Do not miss it.
Pros: Room, Breakfast is excellent! It is more than B&B.

Pros: Convenient location to restaurants and center of the city. Comfortable bed. Nice sitting area. Very accommodating innkeepers, Cheryl and Dwight. Great breakfast; met my special dietary needs.
Cons: Bathroom and shower were a bit cramped but functional. Some debris at the bottom of stairs, but room was clean.
Pros: Cheryl and Dwight were excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful! The room was very spacious, with a comfortable/cosy seating area, and a fully equipped kitchen! Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. The neighbourhood seems a bit run-down, but it was quite convenient and we did not have any problems. Thanks for a lovely stay!
Cons: Street noise; a car alarm woke us twice around 3 a.m.

Cons: We arrived at the hotel after 2 days of driving to find that the hotel overbooked and gave our room away even though we had a reservation and confirmation. They acted like they had no record of our reservation and we were the ones who were mistaken until we contacted Kayak and getaroom.com who called the hotel, only then did they say they overbooked and gave our room to someone else.
Customer service through getaroom.com however was phenomenal. They attempted to find us another room at another hotel. While they were doing that, we were able to find another hotel on our own, although more expensive. The customer service rep then contacted our new hotel and took care of the bill and still only charged us what we were originally quoted for the room at Travelodge.
Because of this experience, I will never book Travelodge again but will definitely use this website to book again because of the customer service we received.
Pros: Comefortable king bed , friendly staff , easily accessible wifi and nice breakfast . Also shopping nearby
Cons: Nothing really , maybe the area is more industrial than hoped for

Pros: New, pretty clean, breakfast included, good location
Cons: Pool was VERY chlorinated (or maybe just high chloramine levels). We had irritated eyes and throat just after entering the pool area. We were in the water only a short time.
Pros: Easy access off the highway. Provided extra cot for children when we found out there was only a queen bed for four of us.
Cons: Pool area was way over-chlorinated, to the point that our eyes were burning so badly that we could not stay in there. Children complained about their chests hurting and coughing from the over chlorination.
Cons: They double charged us for our stay and we had to get it worked out
Pros: The pool for my daughter
Cons: Beds were not comfy....
Pros: Size of room & shower.
Cons: The bathroom towels could have been a little bit better/bigger.
Pros: Waterslide for the kids.
Cons: No much parking.
Pros: Great waterslide, breakfast was fantastic as well.
Pros: Only 15 mins from the Ferry. Free breakfast, was Ok.
Cons: We said we were 4 people in the room, there were only 2 facecloths in the bathroom. There was a large stain on the floor and one of the beds, the fitted sheet had a stain on it. The beds were hard as a rock. no one slept! Hot tub didn't work, pool cold!
Pros: At the many Hampton Inns that we have stayed at, the experience is predictable and uniform. In this respect, this hotel didn't disappoint.
Cons: A bit difficult to drive to.
Pros: I liked everything about the Hampton Inn in Saint John. I have stayed there many times. Staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent clean bedding and towels. Great breakfast made available with great care. Love it!!

I purchased a 'superior' room at this motel, based on the Priceline 2-star rating. Based on what I have seen in other motel rooms with Priceline 2-star ratings, this was not a 2-star. Here are some of the items we noticed, from our stay in either Room 2 or 3 (sorry, I cannot remember which): -- The priceline site notes 'breakfast buffet,' but that is misleading because there is no breakfast room/nook at all! The person on duty said that buffets aren't offered this time of year (there was a small restaurant across the street, but it was closed for the season). -- The Priceline site notes 'views of the bay of fundy,' which is technically correct because you can actually see a small part of the bay over the treeline (it was about five miles away), if you stand in the street next to the motel. -- One of the floor lamps fell apart when we moved it slightly -- The toilet base was supported on wood planks (but, the toilet actually worked fine, but the fear was that bugs could crawl out) -- Pipes below exposed sink were corroded and rusty -- Toilet tissue holder wouldn't turn to roll platter (a used toilet paper roll was placed on top) -- The bath towels and washcloths were thread bare -- There was a used/soiled bath towel, from a previous guest, hanging on the back of the bathroom door -- No smoke detector (there was a spot on the ceiling where it appears one might have existed, at one time) -- The room's general run-down appearance suggests the need for repairs/improvements that have been neglected over a long period of time -- I suppose one could say the Priceline site was right with '24 hour reception,' but when we left at 8:00a we went to the motel office to return our key, and had to ring a bell: after a few minutes a lady in pajamas came to the door, to accept our key. Bottom line thexxxx price for the 'superior' room was aboutxxx more than this room was 'worth' for an overnight stay. I have no idea what the other rooms looked like.
Pros: The room was generally clean, the refrigerator, microwave, toilet, shower and TV all worked fine. The evening attendant was courteous.
Cons: The description for this hotel that was on the Priceline web site was deceptive, or at least inaccurate: see my comments below. This was not a Priceline 2-star hotel: maybe a 1-star rating is okay, but even that is pushing things a bit far.
