Pros (+) The room was bigger than expected and the bed was comfortable, Everything was clean and smelled clean as well.
Cons (-) Workout facility was very small, and as the temp was still cooler, the pool was not open. I was able to get a treadmill run in, but if your looking for more than 3 pieces of equipment, your out of luck.

Cons (-) The hallways were being painted and it was a bit messy. I am sure that once the work is done everything will be cleaned-up, but meanwhile it looked fairly trashy.

Cons (-) Poor experience with front desk. No manager on duty at 9 am for checkout. Had issue with guaranteed rate, and they charged me $20 extra, due to a glitch in their system, but nobody would or could do anything to correct the problem. Now I have to take it up with my credit card company to see if they can do anything.
