When I went to the front desk to ask for a toothbrush or toothpaste, I was told to walk across the street to buy my own. The front staff who was not at all helpful. This is the first hotel that I attend, where nothing was given for travelers I forgot items, I think my trip was not pleasant because of the way I interacted with the front staff. He was passive aggressive. I will not stay there again or another type of hotel with the similar name. The hotel room was expensive for just one night and to not receive toothpaste at minimum was stupid and aggravating.

Cons:We didn't even stay there because they screwed up and told us we ere booked and then tried to offer us a different hotel that wasn't even close to quality of hiltons. How do you go from a double tree to a la Quinta? Hard to rate a stay when you didn't even stay. Not sure exactly if kayak dropped the ball or Hilton, but it was frustrating

Cons:The size of the room, decor and the 70's shower. Staff was acomidating but the room was ultimately disappointing.

Pros:The staff was friendly. We were given cookies at check in. Elephant bar was across the Street.
Cons:our toilet overflowed all by its self in the middle of the night, feces everywhere. They refused to add my partner to the room because I booked the room on kayak. I needed my partner to check in early but he was no able to. Had to pay for parking

Pros:The warm cookie at check in is a nice touch. Overall everyone was really nice and helpful and my room was very clean. I enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and the close proximity to the Arden mall. I found it's best to leave your car parked at the hotel and walk over to the mall.
Cons:I didn't like that I had to pay $8 for parking. Guests should have parking included in their stay.
