Not Enough space for Me to Say Everything I Loved , Honestly, We Loved Everything.Entire Staff Was Great,Room Beautiful, Clean,My 15 yr.Old Daughter Never Wanted to Leave. And Paid as Much as "Motel"with a Later Check Out Time.A1 Hotel,Very Safe " HEAVEN".
Nothing, Besides Leaving..
Cleanliness and the room service were top notch.
Front entry staff made me feel uncomfortable.
The tv remote did not work well. No water in the room.
Staff was cool and attentive. Liked all the outlets for our modern digital life. The hospitality industry needs to catch up with modern day entertainment demands. Where's Netflix or Prime Video. I realize that's outside the box and you're rolling your eyes. But one day a big hotel chain will offer these things for guests to use so that we can be entertained like we are at home. It would increase stays more than you think, especially for older habitual watchers. Lol. It's true. But go ahead and let someone else figure out how to use it. We could even sign into our own accounts on line. So obvious to me. Whomever reads this likely will role eyes and not "get it". But that's life... Cheers
More easily available water, soda, snacks. Way too hard to get a Budweiser. I mean, a Budweiser??? Why would that be so difficult??? Down stairs in the very mini Mart there was no regular American style beer. Yes, there's a bar. But I want a couple to take to my room to open when I want. I don't want to buy one from the bar and let it sit for a couple hours before I drink it. Also, ever try to buy a beer around this hotel, super markets are miles away. There are some liquor stores if you dare to park around those stores. Snacks: If we can't have an honor bar, I would suggest vending machines near the ice machine. I had to walk a freaken mile to get my ice and of course their was no water to buy. I was able to get some free water at the front desk, but I would have been happy to pay for water in a vending machine on my floor. Tho that should be available at both ends of that loooooooooong hallway. So basically it seemed way too difficult to get water, snacks and beer for a 4 star hotel. That slanted my whole feel about this stay. The staff was excellent. It was clean. The lighting was very poor in the bathrooms and vanity area - way too dark. What good does it do me to feel hungry, thirsty or in need of a clean crisp lager beer, then get asked about my stay, when I know nothing will be done?
