Cons: The owner of the place told me that the booking was done but not the payment, knowing that I confirm the book the 6th of November and that the money as been taken out of my account but insisted that it wasn't true so had to pay again. If booking.com can let me know wtf happened!? Thank you.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The jacuzzi was great after the drive down
Cons: Everything was excellent relaxing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic hosts in this 'beach house' style bed & breakfast. The property was very tidy and gave us a good recommendation in the centre of town - L'Edito - big restaurant that catered for all tastes and not too expensive. We loved the breakfast - everything fresh from the 'Paul' bakery along with fresh juices, fruit salad and coffee - delicious.
Cons: There's a steep and fairly narrow wooden spiral staircase to access the different floors and the floorboards are fairly noisy under foot. We were a little concerned that our 3 kids would be making too much noise for others in the property.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place was astonishing - we were so pleased , and the couple next door who run it are delightful. Highly recommend .
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property with a fantastic breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really clean and tidy B&B, nicely decorated and close to the town. Nice outside courtyard to chill out in. Good stop over on journey through France. We had top floor two bed apartment as we had a baby which was great as good space.
Cons: Not really much to not like. Our apartment on top floor of winding stairs but that didn’t bother us.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The place is managed by a young family and it seems they have recently renovated/modernized this classic french house. The rooms are really cute and you can see how they've been decorated with a personal touch. The breakfast was amazing, highly recommended.
7.1 Good
Pros: The room was lovely.
Cons: The breakfast was very disappointing - a self service of yogurts and cereals. In France you would expect at least some croissants!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Spotlessly clean. Very stylish space. Great shower.
Cons: A fan in both bedrooms would have been appreciated. A towel for each person too.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: There is private parking as long as you can get a space which we fortunately managed, perhaps more difficult in high season. Good choice at breakfast incl bacon egg frankfurter and continental selection. Staff were very friendly and efficient.
Cons: The stairs are a little steep to climb to the first floor, but it is an old coaching inn so quite quirky.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very close to restaurants etc. Love the ground floor rooms where your car is parked right.outside.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We liked the position of our room in a small courtyard. We were able to park outside our room. The room was simply furnished but the large bed was comfortable and we slept well.
Cons: We didn’t like the small bath towels in the bathroom. Also although the cold items at the breakfast buffet were varied, the hot items, such as scrambled egg & bacon was not hot & almost cold.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff, location and breakfast
5.0 Okay
Pros: Good car parking. Breakfast was good
Cons: Our room looked like part of a row of terraced houses. A bit gloomy. The electric plug point for kettle was floor lever under a table and we had to unplug a light to use it.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was better than I had expected. The room was a good size, clean, well presented and very comfortable. The en-suite bathroom was likewise, with an good shower. Location is excellent, only a few minutes walk into the town centre. There is a good Italian restaurant immediately next to the hotel. Breakfast was good and decent value. Free parking.
Cons: Nothing much!

Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location of this hotel was very convenient with a very short walk to the main square, basilica and Art Deco buildings of interest. The room was at ground level, so easy access and on site parking right outside the room. A very comfortable bed with excellent modern shower room, all very clean. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast was very good and served in pleasant traditional styled dining room. Plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from for an evening meal. Very friendly and helpful staff.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location, good distance from Calais. Comfortable bed and good breakfast.
Cons: Steep stairs!

7.5 Good
Pros: Elegant spacious comfortable and old fashioned - in a good way. Great location. Free on-site parking. Loads of places to eat in the main square less than 5 mins walk away. The proprietress (who we believe lives in the property - it’s her house in effect) could not have been more helpful. Saint Quentin is a nice place to stop en route further south, and if we repeat the journey we will definitely stay at this hotel again
Cons: Nothing specific, but we were only there for 1 night
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Mme Michel is right on top of hospitality and the warm welcome! She came out to meet us as we arrived, noticed I was on a crutch and immediately upgraded our room to the nearest, since there is no lift. The room was actually a suite and wonderfully comfortable, cleaned well daily.
Cons: The lack of lift might be a little challenging in some circumstances since all the rooms are up a winding staircase
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The house and decoration is very nice
Cons: The quality of the bed, too small and the matress not up to the expectations.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Although an older building, which gives it character, it has modern facilities. Very clean and up to date with plenty of room.
Cons: No negatives
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed everything from the initial warm welcome through to departure and the hotel has private parking and is located only 200 yards from the centre. We were delayed because my wife suffered an illness and Madam Michel helped us through everything. We cannot recommend this hotel too highly.
Cons: Having to say goodbye
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful, taking the trouble to phone us in advance to warn us of a road closure nearby. She also recommended a very good restaurant in town. The room exceeded our expectations, with a comfy bed, nice bathroom, and an unexpected kitchen area. Secure parking. Breakfast was served in the very grand dining room and consisted of good coffee and pastries, as well as cheese and yogurt. Would definitely go back if we are in the area.
Cons: Nothing
6.3 Good

Cons: Out of date, smelly, meagre breakfast, town of little interest.

6.7 Good
Pros: Rooms were comfortable
Cons: Location was too away from the centre
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Comfy beds
Cons: Not enough shelf space and needs a chair !!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We passed though St Quentin on our way home and this was the best value hotel we could find; the rooms are small, but well designed, but certainly not luxurious; no complaints; it was exactly as expected!!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: As most Ibis are, this one too was sparkling clean and well set up! Staff was friendly and helpful
Cons: At 13 sq meters the room for three was very small and without enough space to put anything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very easy
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a great little stop over hotel in the centre of the town. We find ourselves booking this hotel the most for UK/French trips. It's because of the peace of mind when you park in a secure car park (4.50 eur per night), easy to park, easy to find, 5 minute walk to the square with shops, bars and restaurants - there is a restaurant super close if you didn't want to walk anywhere. comfy beds, powerful shower, good wifi, air con and a quiet peaceful night sleep - we did not take breakfast in the morning as we up and off early.
Cons: pillow was a bit small and towel was thin and hard. I will ask at reception next time for extra pillow and soft towel - I am sure they will oblige.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful check in procedure. Parking for my motorcycle was excellent in their secure car park, albeit a small extra charge was applied - still a good price for a city centre venue though! Cleaning staff - superb, even had one member legging it into the car park when she found my mobile phone left in the room as I prepared to depart - lifesaver!!!!
Cons: All good!

Pros: Good breakfast as usual.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were excellent, the room was very clean and we appreciated secure parking
Cons: The room was small and really set up as a single. It was not possible to walk around he bed easily.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect hotel for an overnight travelling on the A26. Staff were great and having a private parking was a big plus in booking for me. Loved having a kettle instead of coffee machine. Hotel is not too far off the autoroute and was able to fill up at the local 24 hour petrol station before heading off the next morning.
Cons: Everything was fine. I couldn't expect more from a hotel at this price range.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The receptionist when we arrived was great - welcoming, efficient and friendly.
Cons: This isnt the hotel's fault but it is nowhere near anywhere so any hope of going to a restaurant or bar within walking distance is unrealistic. The hotel bar isn't really a bar
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient for the motorway.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff and hotel cat
Cons: Nice if it had a mini fridge
7.0 Good
Pros: Excellent location for town. Good parking
6.7 Good
Pros: The hotel is really old and full of character and efforts have been made to update the standards but the upkeep on such buildings must be very high. Bed was really comfortable, shower good. My dog was made welcome and so were we. Location is excellent for the town centre so although dinner was not on offer there were plenty of places to eat out. Breakfast was typically French; quality products very enjoyable despite no hot options. Private parking was a great advantage being so close to the city centre.
Cons: Outer bed cover was a little drab, although clean, linen was white, very clean and so were towells. Not sure if there is much crime in the area it was a little concerning for me that the windows did not lock very securely. In the room we occupied the mobile air conditioning unit was noisy; we stayed in September which was hot but not like in summer months so I would only use it if absolutely necessary.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location and safe parking
Cons: Bed was a little uncomfortable.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Well placed. Quietnothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: tHE HOTEL WAS VERY GOOD AND THE BREAKFAST WAS OK. THE LOCATION WAS SUBERB

7.9 Good
Pros: Convenient, clean and friendly
Cons: This hotel would rate as very good if it wasn’t for a few things. The toilets are very small in order to fit in the bathroom and consequently are far too short not pleasant to use . Secondly there is no facility to get boiling water for a drink. There’s a vending machine but there really should be at €60 a night, a kettle in the room. Breakfast is extra at about €6 and is basic but ok and convenient.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Beds were hard and breakfast was rubbish
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location just off the motorway. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Supermarket with petrol also very close.
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean, convenient
Cons: On an industrial estate on the edge of the town so very disappointing compared to staying in the heart of Saint Quentin but convenient if you are stopping for 1 night and have no interest in exploring.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location &price
Cons: Hedge had gaps into car park
7.5 Good
Pros: Well located. Quiet. Decent rooms. Comfortable bed. Left before breakfast Generally very pleased. Will definitely use again.
Cons: Parking wasn’t secure
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very close to the highway and I could stop there on my long trip. The room was clean and the bed very confortable. I had problems with the automatic check in and I asked for help at the videophone: the receptionist was really kind and helpful. In the morning the vending machine was broken and a very kind staff member allowed me to take something from the breakfast buffet paying at the front desk a decent price.
Cons: The curtain in the shower had dirt spots. There was only 1 towel for everything (shower, face...) No insolation at all: a lot of noise came from the door in the morning.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable Ibis hotel right by the basilica (nice view!), and so right in the centre of St Quentin, very close to restaurants, bars and shopping. Comfortable room, decent bedding and pillows, double glazing so very quiet even though in the centre. No car park, but public car park is right opposite, paying Monday-Saturday. Good breakfast buffet, very nice very fresh fruit salad, and nice bread and viennoiserie as well as usual eggs/ham/cereal etc. Bar and tapas options for light eating otherwise. Staff were cheerful helpful and welcoming.
Cons: Absolutely nothing (unless private car park, but as we were there Saturday evening to Sunday the public car park was free and just perfect)

Pros: I know this hotel for long. Did enjoy the situation in the center town, front of the Basilique.. we made everything by foot. Rooms are a little bit small but the place is quiet.
Cons: Nothing. The material of the pillow maybe little bit too spongy.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: did not take breakfast but enjoyed tea and coffee facilities in room.
Cons: restaurant did not serve hot food that night but the receptionist gave us locations of 2 restaurants nearby.
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: Over many years we have used the Campanile hotels. In this last year we have stayed in a couple and we feel that they seem tired and far less value both with the accommodation and the food.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Little to like when compared to Aix en Provence campanile which was a great deal better in all departments
Cons: Hair dryer was not working despite using reset button. Room 5 Asked for french fries and rice as side dishes but didn’t arrive -some miscommunication. Room 5 door lock cannot be doubled locked from inside.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are clean, the staff is nice. It is a great place, good restaurant.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Shower feed onto the bathroom floor. Plug in the sink was broken.
7.5 Good
Pros: It was a basic hotel with no frills. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good but fairly expensive.
Cons: Our toilet wouldn’t stop flushing - the lady couldn’t sort it and eventually my husband stopped it. The man who replaced the lady was able to fix it.

7.5 Good
Pros: Very good breakfasts. Staff very friendly and helpful
Cons: Decorations, but I believe they are ongoing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It was near to Auchan supermarket
5.8 Okay
Pros: The room was clean and the hotel was easy to find in a good location.
Cons: Although the receptionist was very helpful she wouldn't allow us to keep a bike in our room. I can't see how it would've been a problem and the security was poor( fence missing). The hotel had an unpleasant smell about it and the decor was poor. There was carpet missing from the stairs also.
7.9 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good
Cons: Furnishings and carpet
5.4 Okay
Pros: brand new bathroom with great shower friendly staff
Cons: outdated bedroom outdated communal parts no lift checkin machine...though it worked well, I just prefer having a 24h reception with a person.
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice bathroom, breakfast was ok
Cons: dated and carpets were really old and dirty looking
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Although this is a budget hotel, I was very impressed with the cleanliness. The staff were really helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. We were travelling with motorcycles and were pleased to see that the very large car park had a high fence and electric gate with key code entry so no security issues. The breakfast was also very good value for money.
Cons: The decor looked a little tired in the room but at £40 a night, I certainly could not complain. This really shouldn’t be under the heading of what I didn’t like because it didn’t bother me at all. All in all a very pleasant break in our journey. I would definitely break my journey here next time I’m this way.

Pros: Very close to the train station with a big supermarket and several small restaurants nearby
Cons: Very shabby facilities and room not cleaned everyday, no lift
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful in storing our bicycles securely.
4.2 Okay
Cons: This hotel should not be listed on booking.com! It is a very dodgy local that seems to double as some kind of drug or other illegal business. Many 'sketchy' people coming and going, often hiding when they saw us enter the building.... The room itself was very dirty, including dead flies in the bed sheets. There was some kind of towel with rotten food or perhaps a dead bird on the window ledge outside and the bathroom had not been cleaned. Also the bed sheets were clearly not clean at all. No matter how 'cheap' this deal is, it should absolutely not be on booking.com and any guest should absolutely avoid this place.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: never ever send somebody there..worst of hotel neve ever stay in paris
Cons: nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: cheap and simple. perfect for overnight stay
Cons: street around is a bit noisy, but i was dead tired so i fell asleep anyways

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: More food in the restaurant
7.1 Good
Pros: Staff was good
Cons: None
5.8 Okay
Pros: Convenient location friendly staff.
Cons: Room smelt of smoke. They had left the window open but unfortunately the room smelt heavily of stale smoke. One of the worst premiere classes I've stayed in and not the cheapest.
6.3 Good
Pros: The hotel is situated on the edge of town but it was an easy drive into the centre, The price was good.
Cons: We started using these types of hotels throughout France 20 years ago. Then the modular design was new but now the fittings are dated and shabby. The room door was ill fitting and allowed a draft into the room. Also it opened directly to the outside and it being autumn, leaves blew into the room when the door was opened. The room lighting was subdued dark even by some standards. When we left and checked to make sure we had not left anything behind, we used a torch to see into the corners! As I said these hotels are rather old now and have not weathered well. The electronic door lock developed an issue on our final evening and could not be readily repaired despite the best efforts of the staff. Fortunately, it was our final night and we did not have to go out during the evening. Also, we found that the floor was constantly damp. This, we put down to condensation but when we were checking out we found it to be a leak from the sink!Favourably, it did have a hot, powerful shower with soap and towels provided. The bedding was clean and the bed reasonably comfortable.
5.0 Okay
Cons: The bathroom had 2 build in ashtrays... smelly room
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing. That is a hotel for truck drivers, maximum.
Cons: Dirty, noisy, ect
5.5 Okay
Pros: Location and price great
Cons: The bedding smelt of smoke and there were stains on the top sheet of the main bed. Very noisy with other residents talking loudly and shouting at 4:00
7.0 Good
Pros: Good location within two hours of cross channel ferry. Staff exceptionly helpful when we arrived close to 22:00 hours.
Cons: Nothing to add.
4.0 Okay
Cons: The all in one 1980s shower room complete with cigarette burns wasn’t the best!! Breakfast underwhelming.

7.9 Good
Pros: Convenient, clean and friendly
