Great location. The breakfast was great. Staff very friendly
Parking was pricey
Close to waterfront and attractions. Provided a wheelchair for my wife. Promt service. Great breakfast.
Maid service was lacking. Had to ask for supplies and missed service one day.
Proximity to convention center
I liked the location which is why I chose this hotel. Nothing particularly special about it but it was clean. My kids loved the metal chick in the dining area.
The only negative I have about this place is that we didn’t get the type of room I had payed for. I payed for a bay view, which the kids were looking forward to. I even checked in on their app to secure a room and let them know we were arriving late. I was given a room which had a bay view but upon arrival I was told it wasn’t ready after waiting for 20min. So we were given a King suite with a pull out bed in the living room, for a family of 5. Of course without a view of the city ( more like the backs of building) we were tired so we settled. I wouldn’t have an issue with this but upon checkout I saw that I didn’t get a price change for the room from the one I had reserved. So I had to wait longer for them to figure it out. They didn’t make a big deal but it was an inconvenience. Other than this it was a great stay.
Nice view of the bay from our room. The room was clean.
When I reserved the room the booking said full size beds. They were doubles at best. We asked for extra sheets. We had to call twice before we got them and then didn’t get them until after 11 pm with multiple kids waiting to go to bed. My affordable room turned into a non affordable bill with the $50 dollar a day parking! Seriously! We had to call the vale any time we need anything from the car. Not feasible with multiple kids and something not being forgotten. We used the pool and all the pool towels were out and we then had to ask 3 times for some to be brought. (30-50 mins later) the pool/hot tub was crowed and smelled like pee. The free breakfast was just ok and when trying to get a plate for the child upstairs sleeping still was told “you can get a second plate when you finish the first one.” How rude! The happy hours is a long line for half a drink. Wasn’t worth it. All and all we could have stayed on the beach and avoided the drive for the amount spent here.
