Cons (-) Room was never cleaned for one night of our stay.
Pros (+) Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Awesome views of the San Diego skyline and the ships passing by. A peaceful stay away from the road noise in the heart of town.
Cons (-) A bit of a drive to the Gaslamp District and Old Town San Diego. Live music in the bar is rather loud, but the outside seating minimizes that.
Pros (+) This Hilton had a quiet peaceful atmosphere. You don't even know you are near the airport. It's location is gorgeous. It's right on the bay with a walking/jogging/biking path along the water. The rooms were very nice, new and clean! This is now pretty rare but the staff was friendly, helpful and truly wanted to us happy. I don't say this lightly. We loved our visit.
