The lobby was clean.
The huge cockroach with found in our bathroom and the hotel rooms need to be updated. When we spoke to the front desk about getting our room cleaned and the cockroach taken care of, they said it would be taken care of immediately. Fast forward five hours and the room had not been touched. We advised the evening supervisor, who didn’t seem to have much to say. She sent up someone to clean the room and basically told us to deal with it. Needless to say I will NEVER stay here again!!! Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!
the hotel installations are old and it is way too expensive
I hated the forced valet parking rate
The rooms very noisy, no sound isolation. As you sleep in the street. AC was very noisy
Lots of hidden fees rediculous
