Always pleased with my visits to Hilton hotels. The concierge was very polite & offered me a complimentary upgrade.
I called the front desk 3 separate times asking for extra blankets & pillows & nobody ever came to deliver them. Also, you're already charging a 5 star amount of money, why are you nickeling & diming your guests $45 just to park their car?
Friendly staff and super comfortable rooms.
45 dollars for parking. It's valet, but it's the only parking available.
Location, location, location - and great value considering the location! $180 per night mid-summer!
All was well
Free wifi Lovely rooms Clean and fresh
The trolley whistles every 30 minutes... all night long. Avoid staying in a room in the front (where there is a lovely view)- instead request a room in the back.
No Parking!! Unless u pay 50 dlls. for valet.
Great location if you are young and want to party on the weekends. Tons of bars and restaurants to go to.
There was visible clumps of dust that was noticeable when you are sitting on the toilet and look up at the vent.
So accommodating and nice staff overall a great stay and I would be back!
The confusion in the beginning of the room situation was a bit confusing since we stayed at the lofts not the rooms, but overall it was a good stay. And the overnight valet charge was a little steep.
Clean facility and friendly
Didn't clean room till later in the day @ 4 so dirty room and no clean towels
Front desk staff and valets were great. They greeted me every time and asked if I needed anything. Offered suggestions for entertainment as soon as i arrived . Rooms were spotless! I travel often and by far one of the cleanest rooms I've visited. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit here I will recommend this hotel to others.
Although the valet staff is great; $45 dollars is a bit steep. Would probably park elsewhere next time.
Location was excellent. Staff was great. Very quiet and comfortable
Parking fee was excessive.
Public area of facility between the two buildings was dirty, bits of broken plastic, cigarette butts, not super visible but in sight. Was the day after St. party's but not impressed for a 400 dollar room. Room was okay, again the details though, little crevacies around light switches dirty, half of tub jets didn't work, seal around shower door partially broken...expect everything to be on point for the price we paid, our experience was a touch off.
Location and staff.
Bathroom wasn't so clean.
