WE added a second night to our stay. It was time-consuming to do so. Had to check out after first night and then re-register to sign in for the second night.
The room was the price we expected $224.00 per night. The drinks, appetizers, and dinner for 4 people was very expensive. Almost another $250.00 and all I had was soup, small salad, and one well drink for dinner. Breakfact was also expensive: $57.00 for scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, toast, and coffee! One bedside lamp needed a bulb. I would stay at the Bay Tower again but I will eat dinner elsewhere
It was a pleasant experience
I liked the cleanliness of the room and especially the view
I didn't like that I was charged $25 for parking and $14 basically for wifi
1. Bathtub drain not draining well -- YUCK! 2. Bed -- very uncomfortable -- old -- felt individual bedsprings!
The view from the delux king room was very nice, especially at night. The staff was very helpful and acomadating.
Have to pay for parking, and very tough to find parking spots in the self parking.
Location, view, and staff were all really good.
Location for 4th of July could not have been better. The restaurant staff was amazing. Food wasn't amazing, but it was good. Little on the pricey side, at least the breakfast buffet was. Cleaning staff was also amazing.
Desk staff was not amazing. Issues that I had, that they caused, they didn't know what to do to help or maybe just chose not to help. Totally frustrated with them.
We brought two grandchildren 10 & 6 to meet their cousins 8,8&12. We stayed in the Lanai rooms and they were perfect for our group. Swim, swim and then swim more. The staff was terrific and did their best to get our two groups near each other.
It would have been nice to be close enough to other activities within walking distance. The price was quite high 230 a night and did not include a continental breakfast. I would probably look for another hotel that offered some type of amenities. 24.00 dollars a night for parking. Ugh
They could have used more staff in the cafe/coffee bar; restaurant wait times were way too long.

Parking is $30, which seems to be the norm in California! The deposit required on the room was about 80 dollars more than the actual room called cost me. The staff seemed rude when I decided to pay this in cash rather than the normal credit card. The next day at checkout they took about 20 to 30 minutes to "check" my room and make sure I didn't take a ten dollar candy bar. Then finally paid me my cash deposit back in small bills so I felt like I was going to a strip club. Not to mention this is next to a Navy Base with constant helicopter traffic. As a combat veteran on an anniversary date of a brother's death the helicopters reinforced some horrible memories. The one pool we found was in good shape. Everything is super expensive there and they really like to charge you for any fee they can. I would not go back nor recommend it to anyone. I actually left a night early and forfeited my paid night because I didn't want to be there.
