Amazing staff and clean rooms.
Ludicrous charges for parking and resort fee in addition to my to charge
When I booked I was not aware of the labor dispute with picketing union employees using bullhorns from 7AM-11PM everyday. The staff inside was amazing, but they cannot stop the loud protests.
Extra fees and excessive parking charge
The rooms the location and the beds
They charge you 25 dolars extra for a program where you can choose 2 beer or bicicle ride or an 1 hr tour on the bay but maybe just maybe you are not interested but you still have to pay. And the overnight parking is 50 dólares abussive.
$45 per night parking
Very nice hotel.
I would like to have been told that parking was valet and $45 per night.
$42 overnight parking
I did not request a handicapped room and I was put into one by mistake. I called in advance before I checked in day-of, someone told me they could change my room when I got there and the hotel was not sold out. 45 minutes later when I arrived, the desk clerk said the hotel was sold out and there was nothing they could do. It was imperative that I have a bathtub due to personal restrictions, but I didn't have a tub - only a roll-in shower that is horrible to deal with and very messy. I was charged $42 for overnight parking in addition to a very pricey room. I won't stay here again.
Nice and clean. Looks brand new. Rooms. Hallways, lobby, etc.
The price ($99 / night) for the location and the dimension of the room (very usefull with a baby).
The hotel and the rooms are old: used furniture, heater not working, stains on the floor, TV remote not working... I guess they will increase their rates once renovated
Proximity to shops and restaurants
The floor we stayed on smelt terribly of cigarette smoke and we had to complain before it was addressed. Also, our room key had to be reset 5 times in 3 days and I didn't even carry my phone with me so not sure what the reason was. Was a minor inconvenience, but other than that, was a comfortable stay.
ı lıke to shopping and restaurants.
ıt looks lıke empty and cold it is not like the westin st. fr. san f.
Walking distance to the mall. Modern.
Fourth floor room facing the circle was noisy.
Shop & sightsee
Excellent bedding and service
Hotel did not have our reservation that we made online. Toilet was not clean when we checked into our room, had not been flushed or cleaned.
located very central, bars and restaurants in walking distance, shopping mall close by. Very nice and big room
during our stay a conference was going on and you we were woken up at 6 o'clock every day by the noises through the air-con-shafts and thin walls
it was very central. had a quiet room. hot tub & pool were great
very business orientated - seminars & conferences
Location was excellent for the centre of San Diego and convinient for the shopping area.
Location, free gym, lent me a fridge, staff very polite
Only thr use of frosted glass in room looked dirty
