No room service Seemed a bit of a party hotel
Location and price
Convenient location very central. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
The sofa bed was not very comfortable, and the beds seemed very small.
We were on the 12th floor but couldn't sleep well due to the noise from the street, music, people talking and partying. The good and bad of the location. The hotel itself and staff were great.
Staff was friendly.
Pricey, but not unexpected in San Francisco.
