Lack of Compassion
The location is good. The bed was comfortable.
I had reserved the room for the previous Tuesday night. I am having radiation treatments for breast cancer and drive into the city the night before the treatment. Last Tuesday I woke up with a cold and couldn't have the radiation. My husband called the hotel as soon as the doctor canceled the treatment. He asked if we could move the reservation to the next Tuesday. He was told we could but last night we were charged much more than the cost of the initial reservation. Had we known that in advance, we would found another hotel. I have 5 more treatments but we will not be spending the night at this hotel.
Needs a major renovation.
Nothing. It's a no cancellation.
It did not meet my expectations.
The receptionist was so rude and had no people skill. I felt discriminated. I cancelled my reservation but was charged one day even though I refused. I will never ever book in this hotel ever again. The receptionist was a disgrace.
easy check-in/check-out, free parking (don't mind double parking & surrendering keys), convenient location.
walls too thin, can hear neighbors loudly outside the door. didn't mind the city/traffic noise since its, in fact, a city (duh).
Front office staff very friendly.
Rooms were dated and it was under construction. Had to be moved to a second room because of a leak and the room not being cleaned yet.
Staff was rude. They made my wife cry.
Good value for the money
Location close to Muni and decent value for the money.
Internet connection and speed could have been better and faster. Too many disconnection and slow at times. It will be nice to have dedicated area for free breakfast, instead of to go and have it in your own room.
Great place! Location, value and friendly! Will be back!
Quick cab to union square, had cute diners and deli's right across the street. Great hotel if you're looking for something affordable but clean and near the heart of the city. We were only there one night and barely in the room so we weren't looking for luxury.
Breakfast was just a few items, but didn't affect us at all.
1. Thin walls, could hear neighboring rooms conversations clearly. 2. cockroach in bathroom. 3. when my travelling partner tried to return to the room after visiting with friends the key card did not work. I was not there but the friend walked him to the hotel. This was 9 hours after checking in. The attendant was rude and refused to rekey the card without an argument then a scolding after. Ridiculous.
Everything else. Possibly the worst motel i have ever stayed at.
The hotel accommodated free guest parking for every guest. Compared to other hotels the price was lower,. San Francisco is expensive though.
Many guests smoking in front of their rooms. One person even had laundry hanging by their door.
