The reservation was for a midsize SUV. I was first offered a Suzuki Vitara. Smaller than what I reserved. They did switch me to the vehicle I requested.2.0 Poor

The guy was unhelpful and very rude, he talked to us with Attitude, we asked for a supervisor or manager and he was i’m the manager and i have the final answer.. after 5 minutes of arguing he decided to call his manager only to say that my documents where expires which it wasnt true..Cons:
You need to improve your Human resources. We went from Santo domingo to Santiago just to pick that suv and at the end we had to leave to another rental2.0 Poor

Well I did not have the pleasure to have one of your cars in my trip because when I arrived in the airport with my reservation, the was not car available. And if you look it for I made a reservation since May 22, 2019. One of the employee (Pedro) at the STI airport ignored my reservation.Cons:

When I went to pick up the car they were charging me a total of $488.00. When I reserved it total was only $177.00. They representative told me that Kayak is a 3rd party and that they do not honor whatever contact Kayak has offered me. I asked him to see the contact and it said no such thing. They are bad for business.5.6 Fair

They had me waiting 40 min at airport for pick-up. When he finally came around he mixed up my name and left after I told him I wasn't "Ruben" then he came back around when he called back and noticed he had the reservations mixed up. Secondly I bought and reserved everything online including insurance. So I had 2 insurance policy's, one from my credit card and the additional and only option you can buy online. Once at the counter he was forcing me to buy THEIR insurance for some bogus reason about not being covered for third party which was untrue. The whole wait time and trying to scam me into purchase additional coverage for no reason I decided to go with a different company that gave me a better price while I was waiting for his pickup. Horrible experience, tons of wasted time and not transparent with prices.4.4 Mediocre

No pick up at terminal had to pay $20.00 US dollars to have a cab take me the equivalent of a 1/4 mile and shady as hell. The store was closing even though it was supposed to be open 24 hours and the guy said you should have called2.0 Poor

Pros:
When we booked our car with economy, there was no mention of the fact that the office was outside of the airport. We went up to the 12 desks of rental cars and asked where the Economy desk was located and one of the reps explained that a rep will meet you outside. We went outside and no one was there, so we went back k. After a couple of calls and another unsuccessful attempt to link up with Economy outside the airport, we decided to go back in and book with another car rental company (as thankfully cars were available). We had to pay over double the price of what we reserved on Economy. Terrible experience!National
