Had to spend the first 2 nights in 2 separate rooms because our reserved room was not empty. The keys stop working every 2-3 days. Dated and not well maintained. Decent location but not worth the price

Even though it’s a huge tourist industry they treat everyone so well. If I were to go back to San Juan I would def...
Cons (-) I think the only thing that could’ve been better is the dehumidifier in the room fills up really fast but I wouldn’t say that that was a horrible thing but it helps to have it empty. It keeps the room much cooler.
