Pros: There were lots of different areas to explore - play ground, petting zoo, adventure zone, chapel and station of the cross. Pet friendly. Staff were accommodating. Generally clean surroundings.
Cons: It already showed its age. We stayed at the Villa. The hot and cold shower was inconsistent and very difficult to control temperature. Not enough hooks and bars for the towels. The telephone to the reception and other parts of the resort was not working so if you need anything you will have to walk to the reception area to call their attention. The private pool was part of what was paid for but other guests keep on coming. The pools are cloudy. No internet during the time we stayed there.
Cons: At night it's noisy. We can hear the noise from the other room. Also, there are people who stayed outside our door drinking alcohol until 4am. It seems no one is manning the area at night to maintain security and orderliness of the area.
Pros: The room was comfortable
Cons: The wifi and the towel it does not absorb moisture...also the telephone was not working
Pros: all of it
Cons: no theres no such thing to be unlike in this resort
Pros: The view.
Cons: The staff in receptionist that we dealt is not unpleasable. Hotel policy is not good. Too strict. Hospitality is zero
Pros: Our villa was the biggest and it was very homey! Complete toiletries with mini kitchen and fridge. The resort actually looks better in person than in pictures. Day and overnight tour/swimming is also available. They have cheap cottages too.
Cons: Little food choices inside the resort
Pros: Though the place was a little bit tired, it was clean and the staff are friendly.
Cons: I had to call several times before someone at reception picked up.

Cons: Separate spa i went There with my Wife And its very weird to not enjoy spa together!!!! even when whole resort was totally empty in whole resort was just 5anotzer people ...
Pros: The rooms at The Leaf are clean, very comfy and beautifully designed. The staff are helpful and friendly.
Cons: Huge difficulty transferring from The leaf where we have our accomodation to the place where we have to eat and swim and have any family activity. It is a huge inconvenience and a turn off in considering coming back. Its a hassle and time consuming driving back and forth from The leaf to Timberland clubhouse. The hotel rates are a bit overpriced. 7K a night for a place that far and only includes swimming and gym use for free.
Cons: No one inform us that the place ia closed since August 2, 2019 for renovation. Me may husband and kids (1 yr old and 3 yr old) stuck in traffic just to reach the place and found out its closed already. It's very disappointing. Next time please inform appropriately so it is not a waste time going.
Cons: Rooms far from check in. You have to drive to room. Food qas so so. Waiters not so good. Got charged for a towel that had dirt. Tokd the lady we just ran a race in mud so yeah we were dirty. Had to pay P359. I kept the towel. Looks brand new after my wife washed it. Road getting to hotel was the worst road I ever been on in the Philippines.
Pros: Relaxing place...clean and green
Cons: There's no bidet in the comfort room. And no bathroom tissue (have to ask for it) No floor mat or rug atbthe door step
Pros: the view is incredible, good internet
Cons: hard to get to & hotel rooms are far away from the activities
Pros: It's paradise close to home. Staff is very accommodating. Will come back again soon.
Pros: food was delicious
Cons: rooms and the entire property were not maintained properly maybe due to the enormity

Pros: The friendly and courteous staff although all requests took so much waiting time.
Cons: Too much mosquitoes all around and in the room where we were assigned. We were restricted to swim until 8pm from the afternoon arrival time. Internet and TV plus did not work well.Poor lighting of the venue. Inferior facilities of the resort. Price also did not match the actual payment.
Pros: The property was surprising. We were given a family suite and it was very comfortable. The manager Jing was very helpful and accommodating. Our breakfast was great. It is very seldom that bed and breakfast facility would set the table with real cloth table napkins and very good silverware. We appreciated the service provided by Jing and we are very thankful for a wonderful stay at D'Souza.
Cons: At first we were showed rooms that are not to our liking and Jing was not there to meet us because of the confusion with our arrival but she definitely made up for it with the accommodation and service she provided us when she got there.
Pros: Center to the area and the pool
Cons: Not as described nothing supplied that was meant to be. No kettle no cups. Breakfast on the second day never arrived. No hot water in shower. Tiniest shower I’ve ever seen which is above the toilet. So to shower you wet everything. All is external to the room and charges where higher on leaving than expected.
Pros: Location was good
Cons: A lot of mosquitos.
Pros: The staff were very accomodating
Cons: Change of room, dim lights and other lights are not being able to function and I found mosquitoes and cockroach inside our room
Pros: The supposed to be rooom we have was transfer to a bigger one cause of private activity on the original room. The staff and guard was accommodating.
Cons: The resort was good. It has pool but unfortunately we are not allowed to use their pool due to, in that time there where private activity for other group of guest. Maybe next time.

Pros: The food was ok. It is near Hinulugang Taktak Falls.
Cons: I said the tv wasn’t working, nobody went to fix it. A cockroach flew on me while sleeping. It is not PWD/elderly friendly. I stayed at room 209.
Pros: The place is nice. Staff are friendly.
Pros: I loved the cleanliness and how accommodating the people are. I will surely book this place again.
Pros: The location
Cons: No heater
Pros: Rooms and utilities are clean.
Cons: Pools is over saturated with Chlorine. Restaurant / Bar does not have range of options to choose from.
Pros: very quite
Cons: i hate many stairs
Pros: The location is very accessible and close to Manila - within an hour away from Cubao w/ minimal traffic. The facilities are nicely decorated and the ambience is nice for its value. They have 3 pools to choose from.
Cons: They were understaffed and most of the food on their menu weren’t available. If we did not bring our own food for dinner, we would be having the same meal - sisig & chopseuy - 3 times during our stay. The customer service is poor overall. Everything takes so long. Staff don’t know how to explain properly but they are patient. I would only recommend this if you are really really tight on a budget.
