Beautiful views, clean, comfortable, excellent location. Comfy beds and clean room.

Unsafe Toilet water tank, disgusting Carpet dirty. No hot water in the shower. Limited Amenities. No amenities. The rooms were not up to date. Need to be more clean. The hotel had old furniture that was falling apart, the sink in the bathroom was very unstable and the closet chest doors were hanging by a thread, and the beds were very uncomfortable. The cockroaches were the worst part. The Wi-Fi is horrible and the TV didn’t work at all for my entire six day stay. It can use some updating, expensive for what it is and too many stairs to walk up and pull luggage. VERY steep stairs to reach the hotel and also you have to walk to the hotel with all your luggage since it is in a pedestrian zone. Do not book if you have an issue/ back or knee injury. It was usually noisy during the weekend but I understand due to the location. Staff and out of service A/C units in rooms. AC doesn't working room 102, then we were relocated to room 201 but it was ugly and TV didn't work. The only thing going for this property is the proximity to the main attraction (The Jardín.) That’s it! Almost everything was substandard. The bathroom had a terrible smell. The room had a very bad sewer smell. The beds. Not a quiet hotel due to its location in the square and that our room had windows out to a central courtyard so could hear other guests. The wifi only worked in the lobby and right inside the room door but not anywhere else in the room.
