Heating would have been nice. At least more than 1 ultra-thin blanket. Lack of rugs in the bathroom made my shower feel like the arctic without heating. Stains on the rugs as well as what looked like huge amounts of dust on the walls and the occasional hole in the wall or tub. No bedbugs or roaches. Working lock and wifi.
Cons. I didn't like the tiny room they gave me that was located behind the check in counter. There was no phone, no alarm clock, no closet, and a no room to set my suitcase down. I also didn't appreciate the sound of rats in the ceiling every morning. I will never be staying here again.
Pros. There was nothing to like about this horrid place.
Cons. Upon arriving, you discover a surprise welcome of a $10 "Resort fee", which is like a toll to merely enter a doctor's office. Filthy, mold in shower, pubic hairs around base of toilet, NO BEDSPREAD, burned out lightbulb by bedside lamp, REEKED OF CIGARETTE SMOKE--it was a "non-smoking room!" There are much cleaner and more pleasant motels up and down El Camino Real for $100/night. Naugahyde armchair was worn, PEELING/missing edging, unraveling The worst accommodations anywhere in the US--including the youth hostels of my college days!
Pros. Nothing
Cons. 1. WiFi does not work. This was very critical for me. I called the front desk several times but they could not fix the problem. 2. Toilet and shower are dirty
Cons. Their service is really poor and the front desk was not polite
