The location of this hotel is great. Hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just OK, nothing special.
I asked for an early check in months ago. I don't think anyone even looked at my reservation. I reserved a ground floor, pool view room. They were going to put me on a floor just with a view. This was not what I reserved. I did convince them to give me the room I reserved and it was worth fighting for. There was a lighting problem, but it was fixed right away by James. He was terrific. This hotel needs some basic maintenance in their rooms. The rugs have lots of spots, the furniture is banged up pretty bad. For the price, it should be in A-1 condition.
Nicely laid out-good amenities-location once u found it was good-staff very friendly and helpful
Although the room was amazing found even w a King Prwmium room that it was abit tight. U couldnt have closet door open while tryinf to get into washroom as that door was beautiful sliding barn door but wouldnt work. Abit tight between end of bed and desk
Upon arrival, our AC was making a loud sound and our sink didn’t drain. Several dark stains in the carpet too. This hotel is marketed as an upscale resort type property. It is not. This is a family hotel. The pool, bar, and restaurant areas were over run wirh yelling happy children all day and into rhe evening. Oddly there did not seem to be any parents or others adults supervising. We witnissed hair pulling fights between 11 year olds in the bar. IN THE BAR. The yelling and screaming started at 4:30AM the first morning. The second day there was a power failure at 3:00PM. The hotel offered no remedy even though the utility was stating on their website that power would not be restored until the next afternoon. We were forced to sray in a room with no electricity, heat, or hot water for 21 hours.
Great hotel. Loved the fact that they had a glass water bottle in the room and water dispenser down the corridor. Very handy. Also the hotel itself was very stylish and beautiful. Very helpful staff too. Loved it!
Nice and clean. Spacious bathroom and room.
Charged for parking. 10 dollars a night. Should be free when your a guest of the hotel. Also the parking charge was not advertised
