Great location, very clean, helpful staff. Very comfortable stay close to downtown. Everything is updated and clean.

I hate hotels that charge resort fees, here they do charge a resort fee. Noisy heating system. Only decaf coffee. Check out was a little early. A little worn down. Needs an updated face-lift. But otherwise a lovely property. Building number two is a little run down. It needs improvement and upgrades. I was not happy with the $28.00 "resort fee." Hidden fees in resort tax like double jeopardy tax you at home and tax you a way city tax country tax state tax fed tax tax tax. Carpet needs to be replaced. The snow was too white I prefer it a little dirty. The guests appreciated my knowledge and little nuances of Santa Fe and surrounding area just pointing people in their desired direction.

Very clean. Clean, quiet, comfortable bed. Clean nicely landscaped. It was very quite, very clean. Location was excellent and in walking distance to the downtown square. Would highly recommend. Parking was very convenient and we never had a problem finding a spot right in front of our building. The staff here were all very helpful, polite, and friendly. Free use of laundry facilities and we were provided laundry soap in our room, enough for one load. The bed and other furnishings were very comfortable.

Very comfortable stay close to downtown. Everything, except the bed. A little too firm. I had stayed here before and for some reason the bed seemed a lot better the first time. The bed was very comfortable! The pullout sofa worked well for our situation and was actually more comfortable than the main bed!
