Pros: Good staff and easy location to get to.
Cons: Room needed a touch up paint job. Trees behind bldg needle tone trimmed, wanting to see Santa Rosa and only saw leaves because of tree blocking view.

Pros: Front desk clerk was very nice. Hotel is the pits. Our room had stuff laying on the floor from construction. Think they rented rooms because they could take advantage of the travelers needing a room. The worst Holiday Inn we have ever stayed at.
Pros: Good breakfast!
Cons: Old and somewhat in disrepair.
Pros: Breakfast in the morning was ok, better than I thought it would be
Cons: after a 12 hour drive I wanted to relax in a hot tub, but it wasn't but 99-100 decrees. With no way of cranking it up!
Pros: Location and large rooms
Cons: Really nothing.
Pros: When I asked the desk clerk about a good place to eat, his recommendation was spot-on. It's great when the hotel staff is that knowledgeable on the area.
Pros: Clean room, comfortable bed, frig and microwave in room. The staff was courteous. The breakfast was good.
Pros: We were traveling far, and had to check in super late both nights we stayed. Each time we called to let them know we were late, they always answered cheerfully and confirmed we would have no problems with our reservation. Fantastic service!
Cons: I booked this hotel for the pool n hot tub...pool was cold n hot tub was not working prolly n the staff didn't hv a clue on Wat was wrong wit it
Pros: Very friendly staff at check in/out, and during encounters in the hotel.

Santa Rosa NM Hotel's on Historic Route 66 Tucked away in eastern New Mexico and surrounded by the flat desert landscape Santa Rosa stands as an oasis to travelers exiting Interstate 40. Our hotel's location in the
Pros: The price here is pretty inexpensive. The room didn't smell bad. The room was clean and there was basic amenities like a flat screen television with cable and refrigerator and free high speed Wi-Fi. The waffle maker makes great waffles if you want waffles for your breakfast. There was orange juice (Hi-C?) and milk and some muffins and cakes.
Cons: There wasn't enough towels and toilet paper so I had to go to the lobby to ask for more. The walls are paper thin and the build quality of this building is near condemnation. The stucco is crumbling apart, the windows are falling out and the walk way getting into your room on the 2nd floor shakes when you walk on it. Inside the room isn't much better. There are obvious patches in the walls from holes and although the bathroom was remodeled with tile, the work quality is subpar where the mortar is cracking and the tile cuts are sloppy. For the price I can't complain, but I can't give it rave reviews either.
Pros: The main attraction is the cost. It was the cheapest place around and yet it was still clean, quiet, and seemed safe.
Cons: The place is a little run down, but for the price, it was fine.

Cons: Breakfast was not comparable to other similar priced rooms. Room and linen felt tired.
Cons: Wifi would not connect, toilet didn't flush properly, but you got what you paid for was $-- plus tax, basic breakfast bathroom in breakfast area was gross. Would not use it
Cons: The floor had about 5 dead beetles. Overall a creepy experience
Pros: location was great
Cons: couldn't swim pool was empty and dirty. internet sucked. could get internet in office but when we tried in our room we couldn't get internet at all. tried twice with the same results no internet in room. manger couldn't help she didn't know what to try.
Cons: The room wasn't that nice.
Pros: Halls smelled like smoke but the room was remodeled and did not have the smoke smell.
Pros: Location and price
Cons: Host seemed like they were ready to give up this job. Room was dusty and not well maintained. Toilet and tub require extra attention or be replaced. Bath towels were either stained or worn down to see trough.
Pros: Great location. Friendly front desk guy.
Cons: Checked in late. Desk guy said doors don't open easily (weird), one didn't open at all and needed new room. Very hot that day and the AC was off in both rooms. Took an hour to cool down enough to sleep, which sucked at midnight. Leave AC on when its +100.
Pros: It was very close to the interstate with easy access.
Cons: The dead rat in the corner of the lobby was a turn off, (at least it was dead!)
Pros: The staff were very friendly, and helpful
Cons: My hotel room had a lot of green bugs in it.
Pros: Room was quite large and clean.

Pros: The room smelled of mold. It was the AC filter, I washed it and it did improve the air quality, but there was still a residual smell of mold. The owners need to be educated in hotel management and cleanliness standards. The carpet and furnishings are very worn.
Cons: The window lock was broken, with just a piece propped in the channel to block attempts to open, which didn't make me feel safe. The door looked like it wasn't closed completely and could be easily kicked open.
