Pros (+) Located near tourist attractions and good restaurants and bars. Good price. Room was spacious by urban hotel standards. Room was clean. Good internet. Spacious bath. I would stay again given price I paid of US$50/night
Cons (-) No English-speaking staff. None. And some of them were not very friendly or respectful of my poor attempts to communicate in Portuguese. Foreign travelers should be warned. Learn a little Portuguese if you want to stay here. For room size, there was only one little chair, so not terribly comfortable to relax. Breakfast was average or slightly below.
