Pros (+) Located perfectly just a block away from the Paulista with access to the great metro system. Few blocks away from MASP. The breakfast is very elegant, served in a delightful space and everything that was served was absolutely delicious. The staff was super attentive, cordial, friendly and very knowledgeable. Our room was clean, nicely designed and very spacious.
Cons (-) Clients should have access to the spa facilities. It’s a cheap and great marketing tool to sell other services and make your guest even happier.
