Pros (+) The hotel is brand new and was very clean and nice. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a sofa, desk and kitchenette. Decent continental breakfast and good location- very close to Prairieland Park and not far from downtown.
Cons (-) The rooms are not sound proof and the doors are quite heavy and slam shut. As people started getting up and leaving their rooms in the morning it was impossible to continue sleeping. I wish the hotel would have been built a little better to prevent this from happening.
