Really only the proximity to the airport.
There was no breakfast, crowded pool, extremely loud fighting next door most of the night and a loud room keeper that came early and knocked on every single door in the place.

Room, transportation to and from restaurant for dinner and enjoyable hot breakfast in the morning. Also very pleasant staff.

Convenient location. You'll have a plethora of restaurants and stores to visit when you're there. There's free breakfast and WiFi too.
My only complaint is the giant cobweb hanging from the ceiling of my room...but other than that everything else was fine.

Not as clean as I would have liked. We found mold in the AC unit. They did give us 10% off because of it. They do not do the little things to keep the hotel clean. Elevators were small.

Didn't like how it smelt like pee and after I got out and showered my skin was really dry but other that that the stay was great

The location was very good
The bathroom had water damage from the floor above, the breakfast offering was poor.
The bed was not properly seated on the bed frame. Had to remove the mattress and box spring to fix it. Shouldn't have to do that. During the breakfast peak, they need one more person to stay on top of demand.
