The good news. The place was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The downside. Expect a lot of street noise. It’s not noisy in the hotel but the street outside is very busy and there is no soundproofing. Also, we had several issues with our key card, not working. Dirty and in need of maintenance. Bathroom was gross - moldy shower curtain and tiles. Sheet were stained with grease (?) and pillow was bloody. Air conditioner turning on sounded like a freight train. Front desk staff was responsive but our concerns were not addressed. Cons (-) No fringe in the room, room cleaning at 5pm. First room given had no closet and I had to argue with them to move us. Overall rooms are clean and pleasant but the little things are strangely off.
