Pros (+) The furnishings were outdated. Needs a real chest of drawers. The recliner is ... well ... not something you’d buy, not really comfortable

Cons (-) Upholstered furniture is becoming worn. Several barking dogs in adjoining room were noted to the front desk with no serious response.
